Pandemia zakłóciła tradycyjne łańcuchy dostaw i światowy handel głębiej niż inne kryzysy z niedawnej przeszłości. W złożonym środowisku biznesowym firmy zmuszone są przemyśleć i przeprojektować swoje łańcuchy dostaw pod kątem potrzebnej im odporności i elastyczności. Dlatego celem niniejszego artykułu jest identyfikacja trendów i rozwiązań logistycznych, które powinny zostać uwzględnione, aby firmy mogły umiejętnie poruszać się w nowej rzeczywistości. Na podstawie przeglądu literatury i doświadczeń przedsiębiorstw zostaną wskazane rola i znaczenie odporności (rezyliencji) oraz zarządzania ryzkiem w zapewnianiu sprawności i przejrzystości łańcuchów dostaw.

Sin dall’inizio della pandemia di COVID-19, il discorso pubblico è stato caratterizzato dal massiccio ricorso a metafore belliche. Parallelamente, l’uso di queste metafore è stato duramente attaccato come inadeguato e potenzialmente pericoloso. L’articolo propone una riflessione su questo dibattito mettendo in discussione la demonizzazione di questo tipo di metafore. This article explores the philosophical and psychoanalytic trajectories of conceptualizing the Covid-19 pandemic as ‘collective trauma’, and considers what would be the risks, but also productive possibilities, of such a theoretical move. the context of this inquiry is the so-called ‘shadow pandemic’ – the drastic increase in domestic violence globally, which accompanied introduction of lockdowns as a measure of containing the impact of Covid-19 on public health infrastructures. This article looks at interest-driven and informal social media practices that have flourished in the pandemic period and its ensuing renaissance of domesticity. It investigates how tending plants and discussing them on social media serve as a particular site for connecting around loving and taking care of plants. In this paper, we have used the exceptional circumstances created by the COVID-19 pandemic as a window for investigating the ambivalent, stereotypical and often-incongruent portrayals of exceptional vulnerability and resilient self-management that define the self-constructions available for older adults.
