Utilisation des critères non financiers pour évaluer ou piloter la performance : analyse théorique
2005
The determinants which explain the use of non-financial measures in order to evaluate or drive the performance belong to disciplinary (contractual) and knowledge-based approaches. The aim of this paper is to propose a theoretical analysis of these explanations. For the disciplinary view, we realize a typology of the existing literature. We show that others theories explain the choice of non-financial measures too. For the knowledge-based view, we propose a synthesis of the existing literature in which the link between non-financial and theoretical explanations exists. Finally, we explain why the Balanced Scorecard can be associated to the disciplinary view and the Intellectual Capital to th…

Une qualité d’emploi mitigée : qu’est-ce qui motive les aides à domicile?
2014
The employment quality in the sector of home care services raises a number of questions. In this sector, job positions are hard to fill and they meet unattractive working conditions. The results show that the perception of employment quality is not homogeneous, but rather produces convergent representations revealing issues with human resources management. A variety of factors appear to motivate the home care ser…

Bronze of the Living, Bronze of the Dead
2023
In the area considered here, the funerary goods found in burials dating from the Late MBA to the beginning of the LBA (Bz C2 to Ha A1) are particularly rich, with a variety of bronze objects such as ornaments, clothing accessories, tools and weapons. Contemporary settlements only occasionally provide “lost” metal objects and deposits on land or in rivers remain rare. Is it possible from the objects found in excavated contexts (burials, settlements, hoards) alone to evaluate the bronze that circulated during the Late Bronze Age? How representative are the objects in these contexts of bronze production and do they really indicate the metal held within economic exchange networks? How can we de…
