This paper examines the role of mobile communication, mobile tools and work practices in the context of organizations, especially knowledge-based organizations. Today, organizations are highly complex and diverse. Not surprisingly, various solutions to incorporating mobile tools and mobile communication in organizations have been devised. Wstęp: Do najczęstszych chorób przewlekłych w Polsce i na świecie nadal należą choroby układu krążenia, które mimo prowadzonych działań profilaktycznych, stanowią główną przyczynę śmierci. Istotną rolę w opiece pozaszpitalnej nad pacjentami z przewlekłymi chorobami układu krążenia odgrywają pielęgniarki rodzinne. Wchodzą w skład zespołu terapeutycznego podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej, sprawującego kompleksową opiekę nad pacjentem. Las prácticas de los Cuerpos Académicos como factor de la formación ética de estudiantes. Estudio en casos

ResumenSe reporta una investigación cualitativa cuyo objetivo fue develar cómo infl la racionalidad instrumental de las políticas en las prácticas de los cuerpos académicos y la formación ética de estudiantes. Se reunieron 17 narrativas de profesores de dos universidades. El análisis combinó los procedimientos de teoría fundamentada y etnografía. Se encontró que: a) la racionalidad instrumental se refleja en las interacciones académicas y en las finalidades priorizadas; b) se busca formar en la ética del reconocimiento y el compromiso, pero mediante la socialización en la que afloran la reificación y la cooperación interesada.
