Koetun riskin vaikutus asiakkaan kokemaan arvoon ja tyytyväisyyteen

2010

Kilpailuedun saavuttaminen käy yritysmaailmassa jatkuvasti haasteellisemmaksi, sillä yritysten välinen kilpailu on entistä kovempaa, ja kilpailijoiden suuri määrä tekee erottautumisen vaikeammaksi. Lisäksi asiakkaista on tullut entistä vaativampia, koska heillä on entistä hallussaan enemmän tietämystä ja vaihtoehtoja palveluntarjoajan valintaa varten. Näin ollen menestyvän yrityksen on nykypäivänä tunnistamisen lisäksi myös tunnettava asiakkaansa ja tiedettävä heidän ostopäätökseensä vaikuttavat asiat voidakseen vaikuttaa markkinoida tehokkaasti. Tämä tutkimus tarkastelee kolmea asiakkaan ostopäätökseen keskeisesti liittyvää käsitettä: Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on selvittää asiakkaan ennen os…

The parental bond, resistance to peer influence and risky driving in adolescence

2014

The present study examined the relations between gender, the parental bond, resistance to peer influence, and risky driving. In particular, the mediating role of resistance to peer pressure in the relationship between parental bond and risky driving was examined. The moderating role of gender on these associations was also investigated. The sample comprised 322 adolescents (136 males and 186 females), aged from 16 to 20 years, who were living in northern Italy. Path analysis results showed that the maternal bond only indirectly influenced adolescents’ risky driving, via resistance to peer influence. On the contrary, the paternal bond was neither directly nor indirectly associated with risky…

Partnership formation and dissolution over the life course: applying sequence analysis and event history analysis in the study of recurrent events

2015

We present two types of approach to the analysis of recurrent events for discretely measured data, and show how these methods can complement each other when analysing co-residential partnership histories. Sequence analysis is a descriptive tool that gives an overall picture of the data and helps to find typical and atypical patterns in histories. Event history analysis is used to make conclusions about the effects of covariates on the timing and duration of the partnerships. As a substantive question, we studied how family background and childhood socio-emotional characteristics were related to later partnership formation and stability in a Finnish cohort born in 1959. We found that high se…

'At risk mental state' clinics for psychosis - An idea whose time has come - And gone!

2019

AbstractAt Risk Mental State (ARMS) clinics are specialised mental health services for young, help-seeking people, thought to be at ultra-high risk of developing psychosis. Their stated purpose is to reduce transitions from the ARMS state to clinical psychotic disorder. Reports of ARMS clinics provide ‘evidence-based recommendations’ or ‘guidance’ for the treatment of such individuals, and claim that such clinics prevent the development of psychosis. However, we note that in an area with a very well-developed ARMS clinic (South London), only a very small proportion (4%) of patients with first episode psychosis had previously been seen at this clinic with symptoms of the ARMS. We conclude th…

Drošs un veselīgs darbs izglītības iestādēs nodarbinātajiem pedagogiem

2018

Drošs un veselīgs darbs izglītības iestādēs nodarbinātajiem pedagogiem. Kramēna A., zinātniskā vadītāja: asoc. profesore, Dr.med. Ženija Roja. Maģistra darbs, 66 lappuses, 30 attēli, 12 tabulas, 58 literatūras avoti, 8 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Darbs sastāv no četrām daļām, secinājumiem un praktiskajām rekomendācijām. Pirmajā daļā analizēta literatūra par izglītības iestādes nodarbināto darba apstākļiem un iespējamajiem darba vides riskiem. Otrajā nodaļā aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes. Trešajā daļā apkopoti un analizēti pētījumā iegūtie dati. Darba secinājumi liecina, ka pedagogiem neatkarīgi no vecuma drošību un veselību darbā pastiprinošs faktors ir psihoemocionālie riski. Cetu…

Pedagoga iespējas iekļaujošas vides veidošanā Rīgas X vidusskolā

2017

Maģistra darba pētnieciskajā daļā tika aptaujāti 90 i…

Precio no monetario percibido en alojamientos e-peer-to-peer. La perspectiva de los huéspedes de Airbnb

2021

[EN] Price is considered as a key variable in predicting buying behavior. However, few studies have focused on how non-monetary price is affected and can affect other components of the consumer endogenous variables. This paper seeks (1) to analyze the effects of antecedents of behavioural price (past experience, the benefits and risks of peer to peer accommodation services) on the guest perceived price, and (2) to determine the effect of this price and past experience on guest intentions. With a sample of 136 Airbnb guests and the use of SEM, results show that past experience, financial risk, and time risk influence the non-monetary perceived price. This price and past experience affect gue…

System Dynamics Models To Support Health Care Companies In Managing Clinical Risk

2011

Clinical risk management has gained an increasing relevance because of the higher monetary and no monetary effects of clinical errors on health care companies' performance. For this reason, different risk management techniques from the industrial sector have been adopted by managers of health care companies in order to reduce the occurrences of errors and their relative impacts. However, these methods, based on a linear and static perspective, do not properly support the health care companies' management in the identification and assessment of policies aimed at improving the clinical risk profile without reducing financial performances. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a systemic and mul…
