In Sicily in the 2010-2012 period green harvesting is the most successful of the 9 measures provided by the Italian National Support Programme (NSP) for wine. Its main goal is to contribute to restoring the balance between supply and demand by destructing or removing grape bunches in their immature stage in order to prevent market crises. Sur le plateau du Roumois, le lieu-dit Moulin Vaquet à Honguemare-Guenouville (Eure) était occupé entre le VIIe et le Xe siècle par un village, habitat rural polarisé autour d’une nécropole probablement dominée par une église de bois. La fouille de ce site par la MADE sur 8 600m2 complète celle de l’INRAP à quelques centaines de mètres. AbstractThe Income Stabilization Tool, a risk management scheme introduced within the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) 2014–2020, could help European Union farmers manage the income risks they face. This study assesses the potential impact of implementing this tool through the maximum level of contribution to the fund which determines an indifference to participate in the fund and its financial sustainability. The study relies on an expected utility approach and assesses the variability of loss ratios over time using a sample of Italian hazelnut farms as a case study.
