The essay focuses on the impact generated by the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and by the subsequent numerous regulatory actions. It takles the world of sports and the football players’ contracts in relation to the global pandemic. It analyses all the different Italian Governament decrees enacted in order to regulate sports matters, stressing their effects. The author exam- ines the civil aspects concerning the modi cation or the interruption of ser- vices due under the contract by the player and by the sports society.

Espolonectomía: una nueva modificación de la esclerectomía profunda no perforante

Objetivos: Evaluar los resultados de una nueva modificación de la esclerectomía profunda no perforante (EPNP) denominada espolonectomía. Métodos: Estudio retrospectivo no aleatorizado y comparativo que incluyó 98 ojos (grupo A) operados con espolonectomía, que consiste en la combinación de la escisión del espolón escleral con EPNP. El grupo control (B) incluyó 53 ojos operados con EPNP clásica. Durante 12 meses se estudiaron la presión intraocular (PIO), los medicamentos antiglaucomatosos que requirieron y las complicaciones. Resultados: La PIO media disminuyó de 25,69 ± 8,11 preoperatoria a 15,73 ± 4,16 mmHg después de la cirugía en el grupo A (p < 0,001). En el grupo B disminuyó de 26,66 …

In this paper we study the septal complex architecture in the lizard Podarcis hispanica (Lacertidae). Histochemical and immunohistochemical techniques were used to define the distribution of zinc (Timm stain), acetyl cholinesterase (AChase), gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), tyrosine hydroxylase (TH), dopamine (DA), serotonin (5-HT), and two neuropeptides: leu-enkephalin (L-ENK) and substance P (SP). These reactions delineate a coherent map of nine septal nuclei that are named with a topographical nomenclature: anterior, lateral, ventromedial, medial, dorsolateral, ventrolateral, and dorsal septal nuclei, nucleus septalis impar, and nucleus of the posterior pallial commissure. Scope Resveratrol may function as a chemopreventive agent. A recent clinical study demonstrates a reduction in tumor cell proliferation in colorectal patients receiving repeated oral ingestion of resveratrol. However, gaps remain in our knowledge of the molecular mechanisms by which resveratrol exerts its chemopreventive effect. We have previously demonstrated that resveratrol induces apoptosis in colon cancer cells and that resveratrol can sensitize chemoresistant colon cancer cells to various drugs. Plant-associated fungi have elementary roles in ecosystem productivity. There is little information on the interactions between arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungal symbiosis, fine endophytic (FE) and dark septate endophytic (DSE) fungi, and their host plants in cold climate systems.
