In questo lavoro sono stati preparati film sottili di idrogelo (reticolati fisicamente o chimicamente) a base di xyloglucano (XG) e XG/polivinilalcol (PVA), a cui si è aggiunto glicerolo come plasticizzante. Lo xyloglucano è un polisaccaride di origine vegetale, caratterizzato da una catena principale di (1,4)--Dglucosio con ramificazioni laterali di (1-6)-α-xilosio, parzialmente sostituite con (1-2)–β galattosio. Bakalaura darbs apskata sekojošu problēmu: pacientu veselības rādītāju pārraudzība rehabilitācijas iziešanas laikā. Autors apskata menisku bojājumu pēcoperāciju rehabilitācijas procesu ar mērķi definēt pārraudzībai nepieciešamus veselības rādītājus. Pirms risinājuma izstrādes tika veikta veselības speciālistu un bijušo pacientu intervēšana. Tas palīdzēja autoram aplūkot un izanalizēt situāciju no abām pusēm – saprast kādas grūtības pastāv fizioterapeitu darbā un atrast ar kādām problēmām saskarās pacienti pēc ceļa locītavas operācijas. Pēdējos gados kvadrotoru un bezvadu sensoru tīklu tehnoloģijas ir vienas no nozīmīgākajām kiberfizikālajās sistēmās. To attīstības rezultātā ir radusies interese par šo tehnoloģiju apvienošanu vienā lietojumā. Darbā ir izpētīti dažādi kvadrotora un bezvadu sensoru tīkla sadarības piemēri, kā arī nepieciešamās tehnoloģijas to realizācijai. Darbs ir daļa no Artemis R5-COP projekta, un tas ir izstrādāts LUMII Reālā laika sistēmu laboratorijā. Abstract. The objective of this investigation was to study the use of a new type of a low-weight unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) imaging system in the precision agriculture. The system consists of a novel Fabry-Perot interferometer based hyperspectral camera and a high-resolution small-format consumer camera. The sensors provide stereoscopic imagery in a 2D frame-format and they both weigh less than 500 g.
