La crisi economica di questi ultimi anni ha ulteriormente aggravato la situazione complessiva della Sicilia, che da sempre registra ampi divari strutturali rispetto alle regioni più avanzate dell’Italia e dell’Unione Europea. Il saggio analizza la tesi di laurea "Gli studi d’archeologia e la formazione del gusto neoclassico in Europa (1738-1829)", discussa da Gesualdo Bufalino nella seduta di laurea del 12 marzo del 1947, e recentemente ritrovata nell’Archivio storico dell’Ateneo di Palermo, dimostrando come la lettura di questo scritto giovanile permetta di riconsiderare retrospettivamente la parabola di Bufalino sottolineandone anche l’effetto di continuità, al di là dello scopo marcatamente funzionale cui qui obbedisce la scrittura.

The present text focuses on a relationship between higher education, institutional and symbolic violence and exclusion, practicing as a challenge based on reflections on the existence of evasion in Brazilian university. Abstract One of the major requirements for a fusion power plant in the future is tritium self-sufficiency. For this reason the scientific community has dedicated a lot of effort to research activity on reactor tritium breeding blankets. In the framework of the international project DEMO, many concepts of breeding blanket have been taken into account and some of them will be tested in the experimental reactor ITER by means of appropriate test blanket modules (TBMs).
