Nella fiaba illustrata di Dino Buzzati La famosa invasione degli orsi in Sicilia (1945) e nella sua trasposizione filmica ad opera di Lorenzo Mattotti (2019) l’ambientazione siciliana è determinante. In entrambi i casi la Sicilia è un’isola con un grande vulcano – trasfigurata in un ambiente fantastico o riscritta secondo alcuni stereotipi – che i due autori utilizzano con accezioni diverse nella costituzione dell’ecosistema delle loro narrazioni. The purpose of the present work is to build a suitable system dynamics model for goal dynamics in organizations, as proposed by Barlas & Yasarcan (2008). The proposed model does not bear any ambition of being exhaustive: the main objective of this paper is to propose a model of goal dynamics in which Goal Setting, Management by Objectives and Training are viewed as human resource practices able to enhance workers’ goal commitment, and therefore, improve organizational performance. Il malinteso, nella sua impalpabilità, si propone come vero protagonista del mondo contemporaneo. Esso si mostra nei suoi effetti e si nasconde nelle sue origini. Il malinteso appartiene al momento presente ma si rivela sempre in un secondo momento, quando degenera nel conflitto e nell’interruzione delle interazioni. L’ipotesi del mio lavoro è che la diffusione del malinteso, nella realtà quotidiana delle relazioni umane e sociali, debba ricercarsi nell’assenza di un quadro certo e definito, in una realtà sociale che è priva di riferimenti stabili.
