W artykule opisano zmagania górnośląskich nauczycieli w dążeniu do zapewnienia im stabilizacji społeczno-ekonomicznej na przykładzie miasta Bytomia w województwie śląskim. Przedstawiono liczbę protestujących placówek edukacyjnych oraz podano przybliżoną liczbę bytomskich nauczycieli biorących udział w ogólnopolskim zrywie nauczycielskim. Określono ogólne przyczyny niezadowolenia środowiska nauczycielskiego z istniejącej sytuacji w systemie edukacji, mającej bezpośredni wpływ na podjęcie akcji protestacyjnej. Il presente contributo mira a esplorare gli atteggiamenti nei confronti della realtà aumentata dei docenti di scuola primaria e dell’infanzia in formazione iniziale. L’indagine ha coinvolto 299 studenti dell'Università di Palermo. Si tratta di studenti, prevalentemente donne (94%; n=281), iscritti al primo anno del corso di laurea in Scienze della Formazione Primaria. L'età dei partecipanti è compresa tra i 18 ei 38 anni, con un'età media di 20,57 anni (SD=3,4). Pre-service teachers’ self-efficacy in implementing inclusive practices and resilience in Finland

This study aims to explore Finnish pre-service teachers' self-efficacy in implementing inclusive education and their resilience. Survey data were collected from 105 pre-service teachers studying in a teacher education programme in one university in Finland. The relationships between pre-service teachers' self-efficacy in implementing inclusive practices, their perceived resilience, and background variables were examined using structural equation modelling. In questi ultimi anni la resilienza è stata oggetto di una serie di studi e di riflessioni della comunità scientifica nazionale e internazionale, che le hanno consentito di affrancarsi dall’ambiente teorico astratto entro cui si collocava, per diventare prassi e metodologia di lavoro per tutte le professioni.
