The multiplication of distance learning platforms and the complexity of some of those used within the university system raise questions. First of all, the stabilization of writing practices of digital documents. Secondly, the evaluation of these devices. We want to address this last point in this article. What is it possible to assess in this field? There are many dimensions of evaluation, depending on the angle chosen. We limit ourselves to an approach focused on evaluating the human-computer interface. The chosen testing ground is a website for law studies, developed by the University of Burgundy's further education section.

La immersió actual de les tecnologies en tots els àmbits de la societat i en l'educació planteja noves incògnites sobre com es desenvolupen aquestes experiències educatives. El projecte presentat era enfocat als alumnes amb vista a desenvolupar un treball que relacionés les tecnologies de la informació i la comunicació (TIC) amb els contextos d'aprenentatge universitaris. Public–Private–Partnerships (PPPs), in particular, allow for the provision of goods and services that favour the exploitation of complementarities between public and private resources. By discussing the concept of development itself, authors propose two synthetic indexes relying on estimation of potential: Development Space Value and Development Space Creation Under the weak hypothesis that any successful development improves future possibilities, changes in potential are a good development measure. In their path, authors show how development space is tied with freedom: a shrink in it results mechanically in indexes fall. So, "sustainable" and "economic" become two sides of same piece rather than enemies. Reliable in simulations, the approach is to be tested in real conditions, to verify full data availability and to secure calculating methods.

Opisane zostały w nim wybrane stanowiska teoretyczne dotyczące społecznego i kulturowego wymiaru rozwoju technologicznego. Ponadto, opisano zaczerpnięte z praktyki edukacyjnej przykłady, ukazujące, jak traktowanie nowych technologii wyłącznie w wymiarze instrumentalnym przyczynia się do formułowania celów edukacji, które nie przystają do wyzwań stawianych współczesnemu człowiekowi przez rzeczywistość społeczną, w której żyje.

Evaluation of web reinforcements in prestressed concrete box girders through shear-transverse bending domains

In concrete box girders, the amount and distribution of reinforcements in the webs have to be estimated considering the local effects due to eccentric external loads and cross-sectional distortion and not only the global effect due to the resultant forces of a longitudinal analysis: shear, torsion and bending. This work presents an analytical model that allows designers to take into account the interaction of all these effects, global and local, for the determination of the reinforcements.
