The value proposition of food delivery apps from the perspective of theory of consumption value

Purpose The theory of consumption values (TCV) has successfully explained much consumer choice behavior, but few studies have investigated the values that drive food-delivery application (FDA) use. Techno-economical inspection of high-speed Internet connection for trains

Some attractive service scenarios for Railways' Intelligent Transport Systems (RITS) in three different user segments, that is, passengers, freight companies and train operator's in-house customers, are presented. The case study covers the analysis of customer needs and techno-economic evaluations. The analysis indicates that Flash-OFDM technology provides promising pre-stage solution for the train connections in Finland. Also, the WiMAX-based high-speed Internet access for passengers may be profitable in the most heavily operated railway leg in Finland. Unlocking behaviors of long-term service consumers : the role of action inertia

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the antecedents of word-of-mouth (WOM) in long-term service settings. Specifically, the authors examine the moderating role of action inertia in the relationships between satisfaction and repatronage intention, satisfaction and WOM, and repatronage intention and WOM.
