Przestrzenne zróżnicowanie kosztów funkcjonowania domów pomocy społecznej w Polsce w 2016 roku

Celem artykułu było wykazanie zróżnicowania poziomu kosztów utrzymania mieszkańca w domach pomocy społecznej (DPS) w Polsce w 2016 r. Wartość współczynnika zmienności (12,9%) potwierdziła, że DPS w Polsce różnią się ze względu na poziom kosztów utrzymania ich mieszkańców. Dalsza analiza dotyczyła korelacji pomiędzy kosztami w DPS i zmiennymi opisującymi poziom rozwoju gospodarczego danego regionu. Uzyskane wyniki pozwoliły na stwierdzenie, że wyższemu poziomowi PKB odpowiadały wyższe koszty w DPS. Niniejszy artykuł dotyczy analizy sytuacji na rynku usług opiekuńczych świadczonych przez jednostki samorządu terytorialnego (JST), a szczególnie finansowych konsekwencji starzenia się społeczeństwa, które przejawiają się m.in. w rosnących wydatkach gmin na opłatę pobytu mieszkańców w domach pomocy społecznej (DPS). Sampling protocols and water quality sensors have been developed to assess fish health and welfare in recirculating aquaculture systems (RASs). Still, the use of fish-based non-invasive welfare indicators, reflecting the physiological state of the fish, is limited in this type of system. Cortisol, the major stress-coping hormone in fish, diffuses through the gills. Consequently, waterborne cortisol is a potential fish-based non-invasive welfare indicator in RAS. The three wives problem and Shapley value

We examine the Talmudic three wives problem, which is a generalization of the Talmudic contested garment problem solved by Aumann and Maschler (1985) using coalitional procedure. This problem has many practical applications. In an attempt to unify all Talmudic methods, Guiasu (2010, 2011) asserts that it can be explained in terms of “run-to-the-bank”, that is, of Shapley value in a “cumulative game”. It can be challenged because the coalitional procedure yields the same result as the nucleolus, which corresponds to a “dual game”. This dissertation analyses expertise-by-experience in Finnish social welfare organisations as part of the participatory practices presented as new democracy. It employs a governmental ethnographic method to investigate how a person with difficult experiences is made into ‘an expert of one’s own life’ and how the subjectivity thus created is connected to different possibilities and rationales of participation. This study examines how disability service workers identify the discourses of the client-worker relationships. We studied the clientworker relationship from the perspective of the relational dialectics theory with a focus on relational contradictions and the meanings created within discursive struggles.
