Artikkelissa analysoidaan virtuaalitiimien vuorovaikutustehtäviä (engl. task), joilla tarkoitamme tiimin toteuttamia vuorovaikutustoimintoja, kuten tuen jakamista, ideointia ja päätöksentekoa. Ryhmäviestinnän tutkimustraditiossa vuorovaikutustehtävä on nähty merkittävänä tiimin vuorovaikutuksen rakentumisessa. Tiimin rakenteistumisen näkökulmien mukaan tiimi tuottaa ja uusintaa rakenteitaan – kuten vuorovaikutustehtäviään – vuorovaikutuksessa. In contemporary societies we are witnessing an expansion of the messages of human capital. These messages have as their central dimension idea of the self-entrepreneur, which implies a deepening in the logic of activation, while blurring the wage relations. In this scenario, young people with university degrees are becoming a favourite target in the offensive of human capital. This article examines older physical education (PE) teachers’ wellbeing over the course of their career in Finland. The study highlights challenges to physical and mental functioning as well as how teachers respond to these challenges. The six interviewees were over 55-year-old PE teachers, whose career had lasted for more than 30 years. Qualitative methods were used in the collection, transcription and analysis of the research data. The aim of this doctoral thesis is to examine the impact of eudaimonia wellbeing beliefs – people conception of the nature and experience of wellbeing – on their wellbeing at workplace, on the organizational performance focused on helping others and on specific prosocial behaviours.
