Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumi Eiropas Savienības tiesībās

Eiropas Savienība ir ceļā uz vienotu digitālo tirgu. Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumi ir viens no elektroniskās komercijas būtiskajiem komponentiem, kur šobrīd saskatāmas vairākas tiesību nepilnības. Darbā tiek analizēti informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumu būtība, regulējums un identificētas pastāvošās problēmas, aktualizējot elektroniskās komercijas direktīvas nepilnības. Pētījuma rezultātā tika izdalītas būtiskākās problēmas saistībā ar Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumiem un piedāvāts iespējamais to risinājums. Pētījumā tika atainoti galvenie robi Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumu regulēšanā Eiropas Savienībā.

Leksika automobiļu reklāmā

Šajā darbā galvenā uzmanība ir pievērsta leksikai automobīļu reklamā. Pirmkārt, uzmanība ir pievērsta klientu uzvedbai un Ford Companijas nodarbošanas pēc 2008. gada krīzes laikā. Tad, lai sašaurinātu izmeklēšanas loku, Sports Illustrated tika izmantots kā materiālu resurss. Analīzes mērķis bija atrast atšķirību leksikas lietošanā automašīnu reklāmās. Analīze tika veikta, izmantojot diskursu, kvantitatīvo un kvalitatīvo un salīdzinošo analīzes metožu kombināciju. Uzmanības centrā bija leksika, īpašības vārdi un vietniekvārdi. Genetic variability at αs2-casein gene in Girgentana dairy goat breed

Casein genes are highly polymorphic and the high degree of variability has qualitative and quantitative effects on milk composition thereby affecting chemical, physical and technological properties of goat milk. The aim of this work was to evaluate the genetic polymorphisms of the αs2-casein (CSN1S2) gene in the endangered Girgentana dairy goat breed in order to assess the genotypes distribution, as it is known genotype influences technological and nutritional milk properties. Photoluminescence properties of S2 molecule trapped in Melanophlogite

We studied the photoluminescence properties of a sample of SiO2-clathrate Melanophlogite, a crystalline microporous material which is found in nature as a rare mineral. Upon β irradiation, the material displays an intense light emission under near-UV illumination. We studied in detail this optical activity by steady-state and time-resolved photoluminescence measurements as a function of temperature. Search for scalar leptoquarks in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}$=13 TeV with the ATLAS experiment

An inclusive search for a new-physics signature of lepton-jet resonances has been performed by the ATLAS experiment. Scalar leptoquarks, pair-produced in pp collisions at s √s = 13 TeV at the large hadron collider, have been considered. An integrated luminosity of 3.2 fb-1, corresponding to the full 2015 dataset was used. First (second) generation leptoquarks were sought in events with two electrons (muons) and two or more jets. The observed event yield in each channel is consistent with Standard Model background expectations. Search for the Decay of the Higgs Boson to Charm Quarks with the ATLAS Experiment

A direct search for the standard model Higgs boson decaying to a pair of charm quarks is presented. Associated production of the Higgs and Z bosons, in the decay mode ZH→ℓ+ℓ−c¯c is studied. A data set with an integrated luminosity of 36.1  fb−1 of pp collisions at √s=13TeV recorded by the ATLAS experiment at the LHC is used. The H→c¯c signature is identified using charm-tagging algorithms. The observed (expected) upper limit on σ(pp→ZH)×B(H→c¯c) is 2.7 (3.9+2.1−1.1) pb at the 95% confidence level for a Higgs boson mass of 125 GeV, while the standard model value is 26 fb.
