La presente investigación tiene como finalidad describir cómo la ciudadanía ha contribuido a la elaboración de un Diagnóstico Territorial de Empleo (DET) promovido por la Generalitat Valenciana, previo al diseño de futuras políticas públicas para el fomento del empleo, en tres municipios alicantinos. Se consiguió a través de una Investigación-Acción-Participación (IAP). SCOPO DEL LAVORO Valutare l’accuratezza delle immagini T2-FLAIR e DWI nello studio delle lesioni caratteristiche dell’Encefalopatia di Wernicke. MATERIALI E METODI Studio effettuato su donna di 56 anni, affetta da Encefalopatia di Wernicke non alcool-correlata. EZH2 mutations are frequent and represent an early event in follicular lymphoma

Gain of function mutations in the H3K27 methyltransferase EZH2 represent a promising therapeutic target in germinal center lymphomas. In this study, we assessed the frequency and distribution of EZH2 mutations in a large cohort of patients with follicular lymphoma (FL) (n = 366) and performed a longitudinal analysis of mutation during the disease progression from FL to transformed FL (tFL) (n = 33). Mutations were detected at 3 recurrent mutation hot spots (Y646, A682, and A692) in 27% of FL cases with variant allele frequencies (VAF) ranging from 2% to 61%. Exploiting energy-recovery technology, it collides a novel, intense electron beam with a proton or ion beam from the High-Luminosity Large Hadron Collider (HL-LHC). We present the enlargement plan of an isolated cemetery in a small town of the west Sicily as it exemplifies some way to carry out the design for an “addition”. The enlargement faces a still readable and characteristic nineteenth-century building. Even introducing unavoidable innovative characteristics, the architecture we designed tries to resolve the difficult relationship between the new portion and the old cemetery, bell shaped, in steep slope above the town. The main goal of the Soil Moisture and Ocean Salinity (SMOS) mission over land surfaces is the production of global maps of soil moisture (SM) and vegetation optical depth (τ) based on multi-angular brightness temperature (TB) measurements at L-band. The operational SMOS Level 2 and Level 3 soil moisture algorithms account for different surface effects, such as vegetation opacity and soil roughness at 4 km resolution, in order to produce global retrievals of SM and τ. Maģistra darba mērķis bija izvērtēt rauga Saccharomyces cerevisiae 14 ietekmi uz aktīvo dūņu baktēriju kopienas sastāvu un to aktivitāti benzalkonija hlorīda klātbūtnē. Eksperimentos ar aktīvajām dūņām un notekūdeņiem no ķīmiskās rūpnīcas, kā arī ar sintētiskajiem notekūdeņiem, tika pierādīta rauga S.cerevisiae 14 stimulējošā iedarbība uz aktīvo dūņu mikroorganismu fizioloģiskajiem procesiem, t.sk elpošanas intensitāti. Rauga ietekme uz aktīvo dūņu mikroorganismiem BAC klātbūtnē tika vērtēta pēc hidrolītisko enzīmu aktivitātes, kultivējamo mikroorganismu skaita, baktēriju kopienas sastāva u.c.
