Il piccolo teatro all’aperto di Siderno si inserisce all’interno di una vasta ansa aperta verso il mare la cui particolare orografia ha determinato nel tempo un limite all’espansione dell’insediamento urbano. La cavea del teatro esistente ricalca l’andamento del fondovalle stabilendo così un dialogo con le forme del paesaggio in cui l’opera si inserisce. Dopo un inquadramento sistematico dell'istituto, con riguardo alla struttura e la funzione dello stesso, ci si sofferma sui casi di appello, sull'atto e sull'appello incidentale. Placing the “power to act” at the center of interventions : Another prevention of psychosocial risks ?A category of personnel highly exposed to psychosocial risks is the employees who have contact with the public. To ward off such risks, organizations have often adopted prevention plans. A recent survey conducted in a prefecture has shed light on the deviant effects of such plans, which do not necessarily make sense to employees and tend, ultimately, to deprive them of a sense of responsibility.  The objective of this paper is an analysis of the course of the 2016 EU referendum campaign from the perspective of the political battle between the parties and between intra‑party factions. Besides the main goals of the UK’s leaving the EU or remaining within it, the stakes of the battle included the strengthening of one’s own political camp, the weakening of one’s opponents, the gaining of power within a party or, eventually, the gaining of power in the country.
