Maģistra darba mērķis ir raksturot Latvijas Tautas frontes Augstākās Padomes frakcijas darbību saimniecības jomā 1991. gadā no janvāra līdz augustam, izvērtējot, cik lielā mērā frakcija iesaistījās ekonomisko norišu virzībā, kādi bija frakcijas lēmumi un prioritātes un kādas bija frakcijas likumdošanas iniciatīvas ekonomikas jautājumos. Este trabajo aspira a identificar los elementos y rasgos del funcionamiento del procedimiento administrativo español que, en su conformación actual tras las reformas de los últimos años y especialmente tras las reformas de 2015, más han afectado al funcionamiento de las administraciones locales. En concreto, se identificarán aquellos elementos que, a pesar de haberse operado una reforma, son en el fondo manifestación de una clara continuidad con el modelo tradicional y ya consolidado, por un lado, así como, por otro, cuáles son las novedades más importantes efectivamente operadas con la reforma. Evaluation of workers by customers as a method of surveillance and control and the disclosure of results poses a series of challenges for the existing legal system. The degree and extension of monitoring of the work suffered by employees subject to surveillance and control by customers is much intense than the one set for traditional workers. The reason behind this phenomenon lies in the perspective of the customers, which makes work observable at every moment and without cost for the firm. Thus, this paper analyzes the latest regulation on data protection (GDPR) that establishes very specific restrictions when requesting and transferring information about workers.

The DICOM standard offers the possibility to append DICOM data types as a MIME attachment to any e-mail, thus ensuring the transmission of the original DICOM data. The tensorial Bernstein basis for multivariate polynomials in n variables has a number 3n of functions for degree 2. Consequently, computing the representation of a multivariate polynomial in the tensorial Bernstein basis is an exponential time algorithm, which makes tensorial Bernstein-based solvers impractical for systems with more than n = 6 or 7 variables.
