Codes of corporate governance and comply or explain approach are always at the core of the European Union agenda. This paper will deal both with the evolution of codes of corporate governance across Europe, and with the 2014 Recommendation. The idea put forwards is that regulators, at both EU and national level, should mainly improve the environment where the comply or explain approach is applied and introduce a system of self-monitoring through online feedbacks only. First real–time detection of solar pp neutrinos by Borexino

International audience; Solar neutrinos have been pivotal to the discovery of neutrino flavour oscillations and are a unique tool to probe the reactions that keep the Sun shine. Although most of solar neutrino components have been directly measured, the neutrinos emitted by the keystone pp reaction, in which two protons fuse to make a deuteron, have so far eluded direct detection. The Borexino experiment, an ultra-pure liquid scintillator detector running at the Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso in Italy, has now filled the gap, providing the first direct real time measurement of pp neutrinos and of the solar neutrino luminosity.

Adverse drug reactions to highly antiretroviral therapy (HAART) are major obstacles in its success. Although overall mortality from HIV has dramatically declined owing to HAART, these antiretroviral regimens have been associated with a wide spectrum of severe cutaneous reactions. The severity of cutaneous adverse reactions varies greatly, and some may be difficult to manage. To optimize adherence and efficacy of antiretroviral treatment, clinicians must focus on preventing adverse effects whenever possible, and distinguish those that are self-limited from those that are potentially serious. Tämän tutkielman tarkoituksena on selvittää, minkälaisia suullisia tehtäviä esiintyy kuudennen luokan ruotsin kielen oppikirjassa Hallonbåt 1–2. Tutkimuksessa selvitetään, kuinka paljon suullisia tehtäviä on yhteensä ja painotetaanko oppikirjassa kvantitatiivisesti enemmän suullisia vai kirjallisia tehtäviä. Tutkimme myös, toteutuvatko uudessa opetussuunnitelmassa suulliselle kielitaidolle asetetut tavoitteet oppikirjan suullisissa tehtävissä. Tutkimuskohteina ovat uusi alkuopetuksen musiikin opetussuunnitelma 2014 sekä kesällä 2016 ilmestyvä Saa laulaa! 1-2 opettajan kirjan käsikirjoitus. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on myös selvittää, miten uuden opetussuunnitelman luovuustematiikka ilmenee opettajan kirjassa, millä tavoin opettajan kirjan tuokiokokonaisuudet tukevat lapsen luovaa musiikillista kehitystä sekä millaisia eväitä opettajan kirja antaa opettajalle luovaan musiikkikasvatukseen.
