Maģistra darbā “Galveno interešu centra noteikšana pārrobežu maksātnespējas procedūrās – tiesu prakses analīze” pētīta tiesu prakses nozīme maksātnespējas procedūrās, kurās piemēro Padomes Regulas (EK) Nr. 1346/2000 (2000.gada 29.maijs) par maksātnespējas procedūrām un Eiropas Parlamenta un Padomes Regula (ES) 2015/848 (2015.gada 20.maijs) par maksātnespējas procedūrām normas. År 2013 presenterade författarna en rapport om excellens och jämlikhet i den finländska utbildningen utgående från data i PISA 2009 och ställde frågan ”Kan Finland uppnå målen för både excellens och jämlikhet under det kommande decenniet?” I denna rapport granskar författarna på nytt fem år senare den utmaning som Finland står inför i ljuset av färska PISA-resultat. Det finländska skolsystemet, både de finskspråkiga och de svenskspråkiga skolorna, har genomgående placerat sig högt bland OECD-länderna. The use of genetic markers under putative selection in population studies carries the potential for erroneous identification of populations and misassignment of individuals to population of origin. Selected markers are nevertheless attractive, especially in marine organisms that are characterized by weak population structure at neutral loci. Climate warming would theoretically create conditions for the breeding range expansion of pseudo-steppe Mediterranean and long-distance migrant species and provide the possibility for these to overwinter in the same breeding areas. However, contemporary changes in rainfall regimes might have negative effects on the climate suitability and in turn, shrink species potential range. The lesser kestrel Falco naumanni is highly sensitive to rainfall oscillations and has recently extended its Italian breeding range towards northern latitudes and increasing its wintering records. CNO and pep solar neutrino measurements and perspectives in Borexino

International audience; The detection of neutrinos emitted in the CNO reactions in the Sun is one of the ambitious goals of Borexino Phase-II. A measurement of CNO neutrinos would be a milestone in astrophysics, and would allow to solve serious issues in current solar models. A precise measurement of the rate of neutrinos from the pep reaction would allow to investigate neutrino oscillations in the MSW transition region. The pep and CNO solar neutrino physics, the measurement in Borexino Phase-I and the perspectives for the new phase are reviewed in this proceeding.

Criminal Procedure Law reform carried out in 2015 requires, in order to adopt the investigation proceedings that limit the rights recognized by art. 18 Spanish Constitution, to respect the guiding principles of specialty, suitability, exceptionality, necessity and proportionality. This article aims, departing from the legal text and considering existing jurisprudence, to unveil the true meaning of these principles.

Prawo petycji zostało wprowadzone do polskiego porządku prawnego w Konstytucji marcowej z 1921 r. W kolejnych ustawach zasadniczych przepis ten został wykreślony i pojawił się ponownie w Konstytucji Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej z 1997 r. Przez wiele lat prawo petycji było nieprecyzyjnie określone (mylone często ze skargami i wnioskami). W artykule dokonano analizy petycji wnoszonych w trakcie VIII kadencji Sejmu, ponieważ była pierwszą, w której obywatele mogli w pełni realizować swoje uprawnienie, zgodnie z ustawą o petycjach uchwaloną 11 lipca 2014 r. Darbs ir veltīts 2015. gada Spānijas parlamenta priekšvēlēšanu kampaņas retorikas analīzei politiskajā diskursā. Darba mērķis ir apkopot svarīgāko informāciju, kas saistīta ar retoriku un diskursu, kā arī analizēt galveno politisko partiju līderu diskursu retoriku pēdējās parlamenta vēlēšanās Spānijā, koncentrējoties uz tādām retorikas daļām kā dispositio un elocutio. Galvenie darba uzdevumi ir: izpētīt retorikas būtību un tās sastāvdaļas; izpētīt diskursa būtību, tajā skaitā arī politiskā diskursa galvenās iezīmes; apkopot svarīgākos faktus, kas saistīti ar 2015. gada parlamenta vēlēšanām Spānijā un vadošajām politiskajām partijām; pievēršot uzmanību politiķu runu retorikas galvenajām iezī…
