Los Reglamentos (UE) 2016/1103 y 2016/1104 del Consejo autorizan a las parejas transfronterizas a elegir la ley aplicable a sus relaciones patrimoniales sobre la base de uno de los criterios enumerados en el artículo 22.1. Sin embargo, el acuerdo de elección de la ley puede tener un contenido diferente al señalado en la redacción del artículo 22 de los ?Reglamentos Gemelos?. El objetivo del análisis es ilustrar que sería incorrecto sostener que tales acuerdos son, a priori, inválidos o no permiten la autonomía de la voluntad. Esta cuestión requiere una evaluación de la finalidad concreta del acuerdo de las partes y debería, al menos, estar abierta al examen del tribunal competente.

International audience; We present a general method to analytically design a dispersion-managed (DM) fiber system for any desired fiber (dispersion, nonlinearity and losses) and pulse (width and energy) parameters. This analytical design allows one to transmit chirp-free Gaussian pulses (for very long distances) in almost all kinds of DM fiber systems that have appeared so far in the literature, including systems with dispersion map length greater, equal or shorter with respect to the amplification period.

Abstract Aim Anxiety may be a risk factor for mild cognitive impairment (MCI) but there is a scarcity of data on this association especially from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Thus, we investigated the association between anxiety and MCI among older adults residing in six LMICs (China, Ghana, India, Mexico, Russia, South Africa), and the mediational effect of sleep problems in this association. Gas-phase supersaturation effects on morphology properties of ZnO nano and microstructures grown by PVT

A systematic study of the morphology evolution of ZnO nanostructures grown by physical vapour transport was carried out. The evolution of the shape with the growth time is shown to depend on the different gas-phase supersaturation and temperature conditions encountered in the crystallization zone of the tube furnace. The observed morphology transitions are discussed, and a growth model for ZnO nanostructures is given.

Throughout the present research I intend to demonstrate the powerful link between the vocal practice in accompanied monody and the way Early Italian violin music ought to be interpreted. Due to the scarce amount of articulation and ornamentation in this music, I consider that historical criteria should be found in order to back up the subjective choices in its performance. According to this, I focus on reviewing sources that describe the vocal practice around 1600, but also contemporary sources in which we can find instructions addressed to bow instruments. Multiple-plane image formation by Walsh zone plates.

[EN] A radial Walsh filter is a phase binary diffractive optical element characterized by a set of concentric rings that take the phase values 0 or ¿, corresponding to the values + 1 or ¿1 of a given radial Walsh function. Therefore, a Walsh filter can be re-interpreted as an aperiodic multifocal zone plate, capable to produce images of multiple planes simultaneously in a single output plane of an image forming system. In this paper, we experimentally demonstrate for the first time the focusing capabilities of these structures. Additionally, we report the first achievement of images of multiple-plane objects in a single image plane with these aperiodic diffractive lenses.
