Prosjektet "Megling i voldssaker" ved Konfliktrådet for Hordaland : evalueringsrapport

På omslaget: Fakultet for helse- og idrettsfag Forsøksprosjektet ”Megling i voldssaker” ble knyttet til konfliktrådet for Hordaland og gikk over tre år (april 2000-mars 2004). Det ble tilsatt prosjektleder, og tolv erfarne meglere fra konfliktrådet fikk tilleggsopplæring i megling i voldssaker. I alt 186 personer i 79 voldssaker ble invitert til deltakelse, men ved prosjektets slutt hadde bare åtte meglinger funnet sted, det vil si i ti prosent av sakene. En innlysende grunn til at det ble så få meglinger var at de voldsofre og -utøvere man tilbød å møtes til megling ikke ønsket å møte. Calix[41 arenes, in which two opposite p-positions are linked by an aliphatic chain, and their derivatives show transport or complexation properties strongly dependent on the length of this chain. Bicyclo-calix[4]arenes, a special case of 1,3-bridged calix[41 arenes, and annelated calix[41 arenes, a special case of 1 ,&bridged calix [4] arenes, are also described. Although the preferred conformation of calix[4]arenes is the coneconformation due to its stabilization by a cyclic array of hydrogen bonds between the phenolic hydroxyl goups, these molecules are flexible, with a cone to cone inversion rate of about 150 8-1 for a calix[glarene at 47OC (ref. 1). Total protein, lipid, and glycogen of Aedes vexans (Meigen) were related linearly to body size at eclosion. Starvation after emergence led to the determination of minimal irreducible amounts of protein, lipid, and glycogen and the availability of the teneral reserves, whereas access to sucrose revealed the potential for reserve synthesis. Glycogenesis and lipogenesis increased reserves approximately 10-fold the teneral value within 1 and 2 wk after emergence, respectively. Carbohydrate feeding was an essential behavior before blood feeding and oogenesis commenced. Female flight was tested on a flight mill. Question number: EFSA-Q-2009-00444 on request from Competent Authority of Germany; The EFSA GMO Panel previously assessed the four single events combined to produce a four-event stack maize Bt11 × MIR162 × MIR604 × GA21 and did not identify safety concerns. In this opinion, the EFSA GMO Panel assesses the four-event stack maize and all its subcombinations independently of their origin. No new data on the single events, leading to modification of the original conclusions on their safety, were identified. Abstract In addition to governing key functions in bone metabolism and the immune system, the RANK/RANKL/OPG system plays a role in the vascular system, particularly in vascular calcification and atherosclerosis. Given that these 2 phenotypes are considered a major cause of high blood pressure (BP), in this study we analyzed the association of SNPs in RANK and OPG genes with blood pressure. Sammendrag Mens rettspragmatisk tenkning er godt etablert i norsk rett, kan det se ut som om norske jurister har valgt en mer formalistisk tilnærming til folkeretten. Etter å ha gjort kort rede for de teoretiske hovedretningene innenfor folkerettslig teori og påpekt fallgruven ved en for formalistisk tilnærming til folkeretten, lanserer forfatteren det han refererer til som «folkerettspragmatisme». En rettspragmatisk tilnærming til folkeretten skiller seg fra en realistisk tilnærming ved at den ikke stiller som krav til folkerettens gyldighet at den må være i overensstemmelse med (snevre) nasjonale interesser.
