Successful gene therapy for β-thalassemia requires optimal numbers of autologous gene-transduced hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) with high repopulating capacity. Previous studies suggested superior mobilization in these patients by the combination of granulocyte–colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) plus plerixafor over single agents. We mobilized four adult patients using G-CSF+plerixafor to assess the intra-individual variation of the circulating CD34+ cells number and subtypes preand post-plerixafor administration. Updating thermal imaging dataset of hand gestures with unique labels.

An update to the previously published low resolution thermal imaging dataset is presented in this paper. The new dataset contains high resolution thermal images corresponding to various hand gestures captured using the FLIR Lepton 3.5 thermal camera and Purethermal 2 breakout board. The resolution of the camera is with calibrated array of 19,200 pixels. The images captured by the thermal camera are light-independent. The dataset consists of 14,400 images with equal share from color and gray scale. The dataset consists of 10 different hand gestures. Introduction Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is a sleep disorder caused by an excessive narrowing of the pharyngeal airway that also collapses during inspiration, with an important role played by the lateral pharyngeal wall in the development of the obstruction. Objective To describe our surgical experience with modified expansion sphincter pharyngoplasty (MESP) in the management of lateral collapse in upper airway multilevel surgery. Methods A total of 20 patients with moderate to severe OSAS were recruited in the Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Department of the University of Palermo, Italy. Mazumtirdzniecība nespecializētajos pārtikas kategorijas veikalos, Latvijā, ir pētīta nepietiekami; nereti informācija ir neprecīza vai pat aplama, neatklājot esošās problēmas. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrojot mazumtirdzniecības NACE 4711 kategorijas uzņēmumu vides raksturojumu un konkurences attīstības tendences Latvijas tirgū, sniegt potenciālos risinājumus konkurētspējas un tās novērtēšanas uzlabošanai. Efektīvu risinājumu trūkums veicina koncentrācijas palielināšanos, Latvijā, pretēji samazinot konkurētspēju tirgū.
