Estudio de los mecanismos de resistencia a glifosato en dos biotipos de lolium spp.

The aim of this study was to analyse the glyphosate resistance mechanisms in Lolium multiflorum and Lolium rigidum. Both these species were collected in Spain, the former in Andalusia in olive grove crops and the latter in citrus plantations in Valencia. These were compared to a susceptible population of both species, which had never been treated with herbicides. Absorption-translocation, contact angle and retention assays were performed. The experiment design used was completely random with six replications. Dieser Artikel stellt die Ergebnisse einer Rettungsgrabung (Inrap) vor, die in der Gemeinde Lavau im Departement Aube durchgeführt wurde. Zwei unterschiedliche Besiedlungen konnten klar identifi ziert werden : ein Teil eines Bauernhofs aus der späten Bronze-/ frühen Hallstattzeit sowie eine kleine Nekropole aus der Mittellatènezeit. Während der Bauernhof typisch für einen ländlichen Betrieb dieser Zeit ist, unterscheidet sich die Nekropole von dem, was man erwarten würde. Ihre Lage, ihre Organisation, sowie manche Bestattungsbräuche sind aussergewöhnlich.

Nella ricerca, svolta durante l'a.a. 2014/2015 ci siamo proposti di individuare un modello di acquisizione della competenze digitale e delle 4C (comunicazione, collaborazione, pensiero critico e creatività) degli studenti del Corso di Laurea in Scienze della Formazione Primaria in vista di un reale sviluppo della consapevolezza professionale. Il P21’s Framework for 21st Century Learning ha sviluppato una visione unificata e collettiva per l’apprendimento conosciuto come il Quadro di riferimento per l’apprendimento del XXI secolo per aiutare gli insegnanti ad integrare le 4Cs nella loro pratica didattica quotidiana. Educare alle 4Cs è una delle sfide del XXI secolo e delle Online Learning Communities. Nel nostro caso l’iniziativa eTwinining for Future Teachers può essere uno dei mezzi per il loro sviluppo sia nei docenti che negli studenti. Interactions of membranes with coarse-grain proteins: a comparison

We study the interactions between lipid bilayers and rigid transmembrane proteins by Monte Carlo simulations of generic coarse-grain models. Different popular protein models are considered and compared with each other, and key parameters such as the hydrophobicity and the hydrophobic mismatch are varied systematically. Furthermore, the properties of the membrane are manipulated by applying different tensions. The response of the membrane to the insertion of single proteins is found to be mostly generic and independent of the choice of the protein model. Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noskaidrot paleoģeogrāfiskos apstākļus Vilkmuižas ezera attīstības laikā un iespējamo cilvēku klātbūtni tā apkārtnē, veicot ezera nogulumu pētījumus. Darbā apkopota informācija par Vilkmuižas ezera izcelsmi, bet iegūtie rezultāti no ezera nogulumu analīzes ļauj noteikt iespējamo Vilkmuižas ezera veidošanās laiku, tā ūdens līmeņa svārstības, kā arī paleoveģetācijas izmaiņas ezerā un tā tuvākajā apkārtnē. Tāpat mēģināts rast pazīmes par cilvēku iespējamo klātbūtni pie Vilkmuižas ezera, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot pazīmēm, kas attiektos uz 11. 14. gs seno kuršu ugunskapiem Vilkmuižas ezerā.
