This paper deals with deep interpretive disagreements (DID): very profound divergences that may occur in legal interpretation (on single cases, or on similar cases) among judges and jurists. These divergences involve alternative interpretations of certain expressions or phrases (for instance, “human person”, “dignity”, “personal autonomy”, “life”, “health”) and may lead, under certain conditions, to incompatible interpretations of the legal sentences that incorporate these expressions. Abstract Reactions of Cp*2Nb(η2-S2)H 1 (Cp*=C5Me5 (a), C5Me4Et (b)) and Cp*2Nb(η2-Se2H) 3 with 0.5 equivalents of M(CO)6 (M=Cr, Mo) in boiling toluene give the CO free complexes [Cp*2NbE2]2M 4–7. X-ray diffraction analyses have been carried out for the Mo complexes 5a (E=S) and 7a (E=Se) showing that the structures contain ME4 tetrahedral cores with two attached niobocene ligands thus forming a nearly linear trimetallic unit. Absorption spectra and electrochemical studies of complexes 4–7 are described. Characteristic of the novel CrSe4 chromophor are four reversible one electron redox steps. The reaction of the tantalocene trihydride complexes Cp′ 2 TaH 3 1 (Cp′= η 5 -C 5 H 4 t Bu) or Cp″CpTaH 3 1′ (Cp″= η 5 -C 5 H 2 -1,2-Me 2 -4- t Bu) with propylene sulfide was found to proceed via an unprecedented sulfur transfer and regioselective ring opening reaction at once to yield sulfido-thiolato tantalocene complexes Cp′ 2 Ta(S)(S- i Pr) 2a whose structure has been determined by X-ray crystallography or Cp″CpTa(S)(S- i Pr) 2′a . This article is looking at the causes of the low effectiveness of educational investment in Subsaharan Africa, both at the micro level (effect on labour productivity), and at the macro level (effect on the rate of economic growth). Several recent empirical studies have shown that education impact is systematically weaker in this region than in the rest of the world, and even sometimes negative, as in the case of agricultural productivity. It is generally known that the whole of climatic factors affects directly the principal biological functions and the processes influencing crop yield. However, the control of these factors remains very difficult. Research is carried out adapting different crops to the average daily climatic characteristics and to their seasonal evolution instead of modifying the crops genetically and physiologically. Since all times the control of the factor water, not from rainfall but from irrigation, gives possibilities to modify directly the characteristics of the microclimate in the plant canopy.
A dual process model to predict adolescents’ screen time and physical activity

OBJECTIVE: Many adolescents report a lack of physical activity (PA) and excess screen time (ST). Psychological theories aiming to understand these behaviours typically focus on predictors of only one behaviour. Yet, behaviour enactment is often a choice between options. This study sought to examine predictors of PA and ST in a single model. Variables were drawn from dual process models, which portray behaviour as the outcome of deliberative and automatic processes.
