Resum: Encara que el monopoli oficial dels espectacles teatrals a la Barcelona del Set-cents era en mans de l’Hospital de la Santa Creu, és sabut que l’afició dels barcelonins pel teatre anava més enllà de la Casa de Comèdies gestionada per aquesta entitat. El text adapta el Coeficient de Gini per elaborar un Coeficient de Desigualtat Lingüística (CDL) i aplicar-lo al cas valencià, tenint en compte les Taxes de Competència i les Taxes d?Ús. Es desenvolupen dos models, un basat en corbes parabòliques i un altre basat en corbes exponencials per al cas de disposar d?una parella de dades (x,y). Es calculen els Coeficients de Desigualtat Lingüística en ambdós casos per a les regions sociolingüístiques valencianes. Finalment es compara el resultat amb una corba general per al cas valencià

The present paper aims to identify the causes of under-representation of women in E-sports. According to a genre perspective, interest in videogames at the amateur level is quite similar. However, in its professional level, female participation becomes very limited. The fact that physical effort is irrelevant (a requirement for ?traditional sports?) could be considered a variable that would negatively affect greater to equality in the conditions of access and participation of women in electronic sports. Polish contemporary art to the anti-semitism of Poles and its political significance

Abstract This article presents artistic creativity which worked through the problem of Polish anti-Semitism. Almost all discussed works, performances, films, projects appeared after 2000, when Jan Tomasz Gross published his book Neighbors, in which he described the massacre in the village of Jedwabne (1941) launching a public debate about the responsibility of Poles in the Holocaust of the Jews. In the text, I showed as art, which is conventionally called “post-Jedwabne” was part of this debate. The paper focuses on the ?unexpected pathways? of successful students with an immigrant background: these biographical routes, that seems socially impossible, raise theoretical issues around the individual-society, actor-structure relationship. Disadvantaged students who succeed represent a sociological challenge in the attempt to understand atypical situations and to identify the institutional processes and the structural opportunities that facilitate them, reducing ethnic inequalities in education. Based on an ethnographic approach, this paper explores how members of a new age spiritual movement known as ?Llave Mariana? (LLM) build and experience their bodies. At the same time, it develops a thick description of their ritual practices and later it analyzes, delving fundamentally into the phenomenological perspective, how these members shape and transform their forms of self-perception, experience, and representation of others and the environment. The present text focuses on a relationship between higher education, institutional and symbolic violence and exclusion, practicing as a challenge based on reflections on the existence of evasion in Brazilian university. Measurement of the top quark charge in pp collisions at sqrt(s) = 7 TeV with the ATLAS detector

A measurement of the top quark electric charge is carried out in the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider using 2.05 fb[superscript −1] of data at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV. In units of the elementary electric charge, the top quark charge is determined to be 0.64 ± 0.02 (stat.) ± 0.08 (syst.) from the charges of the top quark decay products in single lepton t[¯ over t] candidate events. This excludes models that propose a heavy quark of electric charge −4/3, instead of the Standard Model top quark, with a significance of more than 8σ.
