[EN] In the face of the social crisis of intimacy for the extimacy, in neurosciences, and its reduction to privacy in legal field, this article explains the orteguian idea of the intimacy highlighting its bodily character. This notion of intimacy, rooted in body, discovers the sentimental aspect of reality (lyricism), and also overcomes thingism and subjectivism through the analysis of the mechanism of metaphor and the capacity of entering yourself. Reality of intimacy is conceived as enforceability (executive reality), and represents an alternative to idealism, objetivism of conscience and psychological introspection.

In this paper, first, I will try to give a conceptual definition of relativism, with the aim of singling out the basic elements common to the most relevant relativist conceptions. I will qualify as “relativistic” all conceptions in which all or a relevant part of its criteria and beliefs necessarily depend on a given context. The aim of this article is to read Rogues, in order to show that Derrida is neither a philosopher of democracy nor a critic of sovereignty , but rather a thinker of democratic sovereignty. Taking my cue from his Aporias, I argue that democratic sovereignty is aporetically in excess over itself, for it is based on articulating the path through the im-possible passage from the unconditional injunction of the ‘promise’ to the exigency of sovereignty. This essay and the photographs examine visual traces of irregular mobility in the border landscape between Italy and France. The ruined buildings and objects witness decades of movement of undocumented people on this old migrant path across the mountains. By taking the theoretical concept of multidirectional memory (Rothberg 2009) the essay argues that the Path of Hope can be thought of as a memory site through which the issues of migration in contemporary Europe can be seen in a more sustainable light. [EN] Why do films certain remain influential throughout film history? The purpose of this paper is to attempt to answer this question. To do so, we adopt some quantitative approaches that facilitate an objective interpretation of the data. The data source we have chosen for this study is the Internet Online Movie Database (IMDb), and in particular, one of its sections called "Connections", which lists references made to a film in subsequent movies and references made in the film itself to previous ones.
