Determinants of diet and physical Activity (DEDIPAC): a summary of findings

The establishment of the Determinants of Diet and Physical Activity (DEDIPAC) Knowledge Hub, 2013 – 2016, was the first action taken by the ‘ Healthy Diet for a Healthy Life ’ European Joint Programming Initiative. DEDIPAC aimed to provide better insight into the determinants of diet, physical activity and sedentary behaviour across the life course, i.e. insight into the causes of the causes of important, non-commu nicable diseases across Europe and beyond. DEDIPAC was launched in late 2013, and delivered its final report in late 2016. Abstract Pigmentary mosaicism of the (hypomelanosis of) Ito type is an umbrella term, which includes phenotypes characterized by mosaic hypopigmentation in the form of streaks, whorls, patchy, or more bizarre skin configurations (running along the lines of Blaschko): these cutaneous patterns can manifest as an isolated skin disorder (pigmentary mosaicism of the Ito type) or as a complex malformation syndrome in association with extracutaneous anomalies (most often of the musculoskeletal and/or nervous systems) (hypomelanosis of Ito). Neoplasia mandibular y gastrostomía: a propósito de un caso nutricional

Se expone el caso de un varón de 47 años con carcinoma epidermoide mandibular. Su evolución ocasiona la aparición de una desnutrición calórica severa que requiere una valoración nutricional completa con el método SENPE-SEDOM. Dicha situación se agrava con el tratamiento quirúrgico y oncológico, desarrollando una disfagia mecánica grave, valorada y diagnosticada con el Método de Exploración Clínica Volumen-Viscosidad (MECV-V).
