Työelämätaitojen kehittämisen mallit korkeakoulutuksessa

Yliopistojen sisällä käydään keskustelua humboltilaisen sivistysyliopistoihanteen ja muuttuneiden yhteiskuntasuhteiden yhteensopivuudesta. Haastajiksi ovat nousseet työvoimakompetenssit. Artikkelin kirjoittajat erottavat tutkimissaan korkeakouluissa kolme työelämäntaitojen kehittämisen mallia, jotka he nimeävät spesialistimalliksi, integratiiviseksi malliksi ja verkostoituneen kulttuurin malliksi.

Työyhteisön ristiriitatilanteissa organisaation ongelmat sisäistyvät työntekijän yksityisiksi ja tunne-elämän ongelmiksi.

Abstract Study aim: While there is wide debate around specialization in one sport, there is a lack of information about fitness levels and motor competence of children participating in single or multiple sports. Material and methods: The study involved 358 fifth-grade children who participated in a set of health-related fitness and motor competence tests over two consecutive years. En este artículo analizamos las luchas epistemológicas y retos que ha tenido el movimiento social en la subcuenca del río Grande frente a los diversos proyectos modernizadores que intentan transferir el agua rural hacia la ciudad de Málaga. El primero asociado a la construcción de un gran embalse y el segundo con la modernización de los sistemas de riego tradicionales.
