Vairākos pētījumos ir atklātas miRNS, tajā skaitā cirkulējošas miRNS, kuru daudzums ir izmainīts multiplā sklerozē. miRNS kā jaunu biomarķieru izpēte šai slimībai varētu palīdzēt diagnosticēt un prognozēt tās attīstību agrīnā stadijā. Šajā pētījumā ir prezentēti mūsu dati par dažām miRNS, kas tikadetektētas MS pacientu asins plazmā, kā izmainītas. Mēs salīdzinājām miRNS ekspresijas līmeņus MS un tās apakštipos ar veselo kontroli, lai atrastu potenciālās miRNS, kas var tikt izmantotas, kā MS biomarķieri. This paper intends to examine the results of fiscal policy implementation in Romania, their impact on economic growth and how fiscal policies have influenced the growth of budgetary deficits. Our objective is to highlight and explore efficient fiscal consolidation strategies that can ensure a stable economic growth through sustainable public finances. The methodology consists in analysing the information provided by national and international financial institutions, comparing it to past, proposed and assumed values, and examining the efforts and results. Resumen El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la influencia que han tenido los mayores niveles de endeudamiento público sobre los ratings emitidos por las agencias de calificación para la Comunidad Valenciana. La acumulación de déficits junto con el estallido de la burbuja inmobiliaria terminó por afectar de manera negativa a la contabilidad pública. Asimismo, los recursos transferidos a través del sistema de financiación tampoco ayudaron a revertir la insuficiencia de ingresos para la administración valenciana. International audience; Le 4 mars 1848, sur l’impulsion déterminante de Victor Schoelcher, le principe de l’abolition de l’esclavage est proclamé par décret et une « Commission pour la préparation de l’acte d’émancipation immédiate dans toutes les colonies de la République » est instituée. Présidée par Schoelcher, elle impose l’abolition immédiate de l’esclavage (décret du 27 avril 1848), sans attendre l’élection de l’Assemblée nationale et en organise l’application effective dans les colonies.

Analysis of the Economic Research Context after the Outbreak of the Economic Crisis of 2007-2009

In this paper it, we have conducted a factor analysis which implied determining the international research directions that have characterized the period following the outbreak of the crisis in 2007 and 2008-2011. In this research, we used secondary data that were extracted from 342 articles, which were based on 665 individual researches. Following this research, we have identified three main research in the macroeconomic areas which explained 56% of all the analyzed research. Also, the results showed the trends in macroeconomic research after the start of the crisis in 2007.
