Dans un contexte de fortes mutations et de réflexion autour du devenir des métiers de la santé et de l’appareil de formation qui leur est dédié en France, les formateurs et les directeurs des Instituts de Formation en Soins Infirmiers sont amenés à travailler à la construction et à la promotion du projet pédagogique de leur établissement. Au quotidien, leurs pratiques individuelles montrent combien leur lecture de la réalité de travail est singulière et se trouve en partie corrélée à leur professionnalité. A partir des significations que chacun d’eux exprime, la coopération entre ces professionnels semble se construire très progressivement à la croisée des problématiques communicationnelles…

In this article I will scrutinize Screen (2002, by WARDRIP-FRUIN & al.), a literary work set and experienced in a CAVE Virtual Reality environment, especially from the perspective of its temporal aspects. There are obvious themes of remembering, forgetting and textually constructing the past in this work, but most notably, Screen emphasizes the temporality of the reading act itself. Infection with the hepatitis C virus (HCV) has adverse liver, kidney, and cardiovascular consequences in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), including those on dialysis therapy and in those with a kidney transplant. Since the publication of the original Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) HCV Guideline in 2008, major advances in HCV management, particularly with the advent of direct-acting antiviral therapies, have now made the cure of HCV possible in CKD patients. In addition, diagnostic techniques have evolved to enable the noninvasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis.
