Incidence de la clarification des moûts de raisin sur les fermentescibilltés alcoolique et malolactique

<p style="text-align: justify;">Des essais de débourbage en vinification en blanc, réalisés de 1988 à 1992, mettent en évidence le rôle important joué par la teneur en macromolécules solubles dans le moût de raisin. Les moûts de faible turbidité conduisent en effet à des fermentations alcooliques lentes en relation avec de faibles populations levuriennes. El presente estudio pretende resolver la controversia en torno a la identidad y procedencia del poeta Filóxeno, célebre ditirambógrafo del siglo V-IV a.C. Para ello, hemos recopilado todos los testimonios que citan a personajes con el nombre de Filóxeno desde la primera mención de Aristófanes. La investigación ha revelado que existen varios individuos con el mismo nombre y rasgos comunes. Restoration of a XVII Century’s predella reliquary: From Physico-Chemical Characterization to the Conservation Process

We report on the restoration of a XVII century’s predella reliquary, which is a part of a larger setup that includes a wall reliquary and a wooden crucified Christ, both belonging to the church of “Madre Maria SS. Assunta”, in Polizzi Generosa, Sicily, Italy. The historical/artistic and paleographic research was flanked successfully by the scientific objective characterization of the materials. Darba aktualitāte: Otrā tipa cukura diabēta (2TCD) prevalence pieaug gan Latvijas, gan pasaules mērogā. Pacientiem ir nepieciešama personalizēta pieeja, kas labāk ļautu sasniegt terapijas mērķi un izvairīties no komplikācijām. Sulfonilurea (SU) preparāti ir viena no visbiežāk izmantotajām perorālo antidiabētisko preparātu klasēm, tāpēc ir būtiski apzināt šo preparātu individuālos efektus.
