Artykuł poddaje analizie problematykę odpowiedzialności pracodawcy z tytułu stosowania wobec pracownika mobbingu. W rozważaniach odniesiono się zarówno do doktryny oraz orzecznictwa, w szczególności Sądu Najwyższego, wskazując na liczne kontrowersje pojawiające się w tej materii. Omówiono zarówno kwestię zadośćuczynienia, jak i odszkodowania, zwracając uwagę na różnice występujące pomiędzy tymi dwoma roszczeniami przysługującymi pracownikowi w przypadku doświadczenia przez niego mobbingu w miejscu zatrudnienia, jednocześnie wskazując na charakter odpowiedzialności – tj. kontraktowy czy też odszkodowawczy. This article is about the importance of collaboration in the development of teacher professionalism, and we have asked the research question: How can group collaboration between vocational education and training (VET) students contribute to the development of their teacher professionalism? The data basis is interviews with ten VET students in practical pedagogical education for vocational teachers that we conducted in the winter of 2020. This chapter explores a collaborative practice of comparative data analysis through the researching activities of four researchers from Australia and Finland. We interrogate the ontological and empirical reality we experienced while engaged in a practice of analysing narrative data on mentoring. In this chapter, we are not reporting on the outcomes of our analysis of mentoring practice; instead we focus on our collaborative engagement, articulating the practice architectures of our research practice. Remote sensing is a key tool for precision agriculture applications as it is capable of capturing spatial and temporal variations in crop status. However, satellites often have an inadequate spatial resolution for precision agriculture applications. High-resolution Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) imagery can be obtained at flexible dates, but operational costs may limit the collection frequency. The current study utilizes data fusion to create a dataset which benefits from the temporal resolution of Formosat-2 imagery and the spatial resolution of UAV imagery with the purpose of monitoring crop growth in a potato field.
