Starting from the concept of "risk" and opposing it with that of "hazard", the text introduces the investigation work and the interactive proposals developed during and following the experience of the "Laboratorio del Cammino" which in 2021 crossed the shrinking territories of the Turin and Biella provinces.

En este trabajo se realiza un estudio de la modalidad de prestación de servicios “implantada” en los momentos actuales -el teletrabajo-, a causa de la declaración del estado de alarma provocado por la pandemia del COVID-19, forma de organización del trabajo que, dada la escasa regulación con la que se cuenta en los momentos actuales ha llevado a plantear importantes interrogantes en su puesta en práctica. Destaca, por un lado, tanto su carácter voluntario u obligatorio, como la seguridad y salud de la persona trabajadora, especialmente, la “autoevaluación” que voluntariamente puede llevar a cabo ésta.
