This work deals with the didactical use of geometrical-mechanical artefacts to acquire tangent concept in vygotskian perspective. We adopt Rabardel’s theory on instru-mental approach to distinguish artefacts and instruments specially to evince the history-to-education ontogenesis-phylogenesis process. This paper addresses traffic modeling issues at urban multi-lane roundabouts where, despite circulating vehicles have priority, negotiation of the right-of-way can occur between antagonist traffic flows, as a result of minor drivers’ failing to obey the nominal operating rule (stop or yield control). Existing models for the estimation of operational performances have the shortcoming of not representing the interdependencies between entering and circulating vehicles at multi-lane roundabouts. COVID-19 pandēmija turpina būt lielākais globālais drauds sabiedrības veselībai, sasniedzot ne tikai apjomīgus infekcijas gadījumu skaitus, bet arī salīdzinoši augstu mirstību starp tiem (~2%). COVID-19 raksturīga heterogēna slimības gaita un šobrīd nav atrasti medikamenti, kas novērš smaga un kritiska stāvokļa iestāšanos. Lai noskaidrotu kādi mehānismi iesaistīti stacionētu COVID-19 pacientu patoģenēzē, tika veikta mērķēta metaboloma un transkriptoma analīze divos laika punktos: pacientam iestājoties slimnīcā un aptuveni 30 dienas vēlāk, tādejādi salīdzinot akūtās fāzes paraugus pret atveseļošanās fāzi.
