El objetivo general de esta tesis se ha centrado en analizar variables del entorno laboral, satisfacción con la vida, satisfacción laboral, engagement, personalidad, estrategias de afrontamiento y valores del profesorado de la Universitat de València que participa en el programa MOTIVEM, y su comparación con profesorado de la misma universidad que no participa en este programa. La metodología empleada ha consistido en un diseño correlacional-descriptivo de corte transversal, con un muestreo no aleatorio, donde la muestra ha sido tomada en 2019, 2020 y 2021 y ha estado compuesta por 379 docentes de la Universitat de València (219 MOTIVEM y 160 NO MOTIVEM). Resumen La satisfacción laboral del colectivo docente ha sido estudiada desde diversas perspectivas, debido a los importantes efectos que esta puede tener tanto a nivel económico como a nivel organizacional. La muestra empleada en este trabajo se compone de 978 docentes dominicanos, y fue obtenida mediante un muestreo estratificado, y, por tanto, representativo de la población. En este estudio se examina un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales en el cual el contexto de trabajo y las condiciones laborales afectan el burnout y el engagement de los profesores. For enhanced control algorithm design purposes, accurate and high-fidelity electrical machine mathematical models are fundamentals. Usually, accurate evaluation of electrical machine behaviour requires finite element analysis (FEA) with consequent high-computational times. This paper presents an improved high-fidelity Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine (IPMSM) mathematical model including saturation, cross-coupling, torque ripple and iron loss effects. Il fenomeno migratorio del periodo contemporaneo ripropone la questione dell’integrazione, della parità dell’accesso ai diritti fondamentali e ai diritti sociali. Per i migranti che arrivano nel nostro Paese pone altresì la questione dell’accesso alla conoscenza della lingua italiana come presupposto di integrazione. Esiste, infatti, una relazione tra conoscenza della lingua ed inclusione sociale: le parole che abbiamo, ma soprattutto le parole che ci mancano, sono la misura della nostra capacità di essere cittadini. In this paper we present the theoretical foundations and the simulation results obtained with a new dynamic general equilibrium model developed at the Banco de España for the Spanish economy and the rest of Euro area. The model is designed to help in simulating the effect of alternative shocks on the main aggregate variables. The main contributions of this work from a theoretical perspective are the modelling of a monetary union composed of two regions, the inclusion of housing as a durable good with its own sector of production and the degree and detail of the disaggregation considered for each country in the model, which replicates the Quarterly National Accounts. Effective ecosystem-based management requires understanding ecosystem responses to multiple human threats, rather than focusing on single threats. To understand ecosystem responses to anthropogenic threats holistically, it is necessary to know how threats affect different components within ecosystems and ultimately alter ecosystem functioning. Tämän proseminaarityön tarkoituksena oli tutkia, miten maahanmuuttajan akkulturaation taso ja maahanmuuton aikainen ikä vaikuttavat saavutettuun suomen kielen osaamistasoon. Lisäksi tutkimuksen avulla yritettiin löytää mahdollisia eroja pakolaisten ja vapaaehtoisten maahanmuuttajien suomen kielen oppimiseen vaikuttavien asioiden välillä. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli täydentää aikaisempaa tutkimusta maahanmuuttajien isäntäkielen oppimisesta, koska aiempi tutkimus on keskittynyt lähes ainoastaan maihin, joiden pääkielenä käytetään englantia. The Institution of Security Agent: A Comparative Study of Polish and French Laws

In many continental legal systems it was often problematic to grant a security right to an entity separate from the holder(s) of the secured receivables. Such arrangement was especially desired by the parties in complex lending structures with many creditors. To solve this problem various legal solutions have been created in different countries. In Poland and in France the special institution of a security agent has been introduced. Aim of this article is to compare those two regulations.
