This article analyses the dynamics and performance of regional economic integration in the Southern African Development Community (SADC). It proposes an innovative theoretical approach to the analysis of regionalism that refers to cooperation theory and takes the impact of external actors explicitly into account. La actividad física es uno de los pilares de la Rehabilitación Cardíaca. La mayoría de estos programas incluyen sesiones de entrenamiento supervisado basadas principalmente en ejercicio aeróbico continuo o interválico, excluyendo el trabajo anaeróbico por el potencial peligro sobre el corazón del cardiópata. Sin embargo, la AACVPR y el ACSM recomiendan el entrenamiento de fuerza en estos casos. Por lo tanto, la prescripción de ejercicio físico debería incluir tanto entrenamiento cardiovascular, como de fuerza muscular. Bakalaura darba mērķis: izpētīt un analizēt kinoteātra „Kino = Citadele” reklāmas un sabiedrisko attiecību vēstījumu ietekmi uz skatītāju lojalitāti (bērni, jaunieši, pieaugušie). Darba teorētiskā bāze sastāv no nodaļas par zīmolu un tēlu, zīmola komunikāciju un klientu lojalitāti zīmolam. Teorijas daļā tiks apskatītas reklāmas, sabiedrisko attiecību un mārketinga komunikācijas teorijas. Darba metodoloģijas daļā apskatīta teorija par aptaujām, daļēji strukturētām intervijām, fokusa grupām un kontentanalīzi.

L’introduction des nouveaux objets connectés (NOC) dans les foyers vient réinterroger la relation conjugale. Avec les objets nomades, le couple doit faire face à un individualisme connecté. Ils amplifient notamment la privatisation des territoires dans l’espace domestique semblant de ce fait affecter la conversation conjugale. À travers notre enquête, nous avons constaté que les technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) peuvent certes avoir un impact négatif sur la relation de couple, mais peuvent a contrario venir renforcer la relation en donnant entre autres une nouvelle place à l’écrit dans la communication conjugale.
