IntroductionCompulsive overstudying, known as studyholism, is an emerging behavioral addiction. In this study, we examine the prevalence of, and the relationships between, insomnia, study engagement, studyholism, bedtime procrastination among undergraduate students.MethodsThe Studyholism (SI-10), Athens Insomnia (AIS), and bedtime procrastination scales were administered to a convenience sample of 495 university students.ResultsOur findings indicate that the prevalence of insomnia was 75.31%, high studyholism was found in 15.31% of the sample, and increased study engagement was detected in 16.94%. La subtitulación del lenguaje tabú y ofensivo es un ámbito relativamente poco explorado que presenta ciertos desafíos para el traductor. Las reducidas dimensiones de la pantalla y las necesidades de sincronía con la imagen y una cómoda velocidad de lectura para el espectador obligan a los subtituladores a reducir (condensar) la extensión de los subtítulos, por lo que las palabras y las expresiones tabú son tendentes a eliminarse. A soldier’s occupational physical task requirements are diverse and varied. However, the type of physical training that most effectively improves soldiers’ occupational task requirements has not been studied previously. The purpose of this study was to determine the important strength characteristics for soldiers during a repeated simulated military task course, and the type of training that may be effective to improve these abilities during a specialized military training period.
