National audience; Le football représente une des formes d'activités de loisir les mieux représentées en France. Au regard de la population concernée par la discipline, il est légitime de la qualifier de service. Cet article propose une lecture géographique de l'offre du service football (les clubs) et de la demande exprimée par les pratiquants. La spatialisation des composants de ce service sportif dans un cadre régional (la Franche-Comté) a pour objectif d'apporter des éléments de connaissance permettant d'ajuster au mieux l'offre des clubs à la demande sociale.

Background: In nurses, self-compassion mitigates the effects of stress, burnout and compassion fatigue, and enhances empathy, compassion and well-being and quality of life. The Self-Compassion Scale is the most-used instrument. The aim of this study is to validate the Spanish version of the new developed State Self-Compassion Scale–Long (SSCS–L). Participatory shift scheduling for irregular working hours can influence shift schedules and sickness absence. We investigated the effects of using participatory shift scheduling and shift schedule evaluation tools on working hour characteristics and sickness absence. We utilized a panel data for 2015−2019 with 16,557 hospital employees (6143 in the intervention and 10,345 in the control group).
