Dans cet article, nous nous intéressons à la nature des technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) mobilisées par les enseignants universitaires pour enseigner et aux facteurs explicatifs de cette utilisation. Nous procédons d’abord à un éclairage théorique notamment concernant les concepts de «TIC» et d’«utilisation». Puis, à l’appui des données recueillies en mai 2016 auprès de 248 enseignants d’une université française, nous montrons que les TIC mobilisées par les enseignants à l’intérieur, mais aussi en dehors des heures de cours, sont plutôt d’ordre générique en opposition aux technologies plus sophistiquées. Bakalaurā darbā “Kriminālprocesa sadalīšana un kompensācija par cietušajam radīto kaitējumu” autore pēta kriminālprocesa sadalīšanas institūtu un tā ietekmi uz kaitējuma kompensācijas maksāšanas pienākumu, ja par vainīgām noziedzīgajā nodarījumā atzītas vairākas apsūdzētās personas ar dažādiem spriedumiem. Temats ir aktuāls, jo normatīvā regulējuma trūkuma dēļ pie minētajiem apstākļiem praksē tiesas atšķirīgi risina kaitējuma kompensācijas jautājumu. Lai arī cēloņsakarības vērtēšanai Latvijas deliktu tiesībās tiek izmantots sine qua non tests, attiecīgais tests ir nepilnīgs, jo tas nesniedz taisnīgu un loģisku risinājumu lietās, kur kaitējumu ir izraisījuši vairāki cēloņi. Darbā tiek aplūkoti priekšnoteikumi vairāku prasību celšanai vienā šķīrējtiesas procesā, kā arī apzināti papildu aspekti, kas šādos gadījumos būtu jāņem vērā. The psychobiological orientation inherent in temperament concepts permits a close tie between temperament and the rapidly proliferating research areas of neurosciences and behavioural genetics. Based on developmental and psychobiological studies, the Adult Temperament Questionnaire (ATQ) by Rothbart measures self-regulatory processes in addition to constitutionally based individual reactivity. This paper addresses the aspect of the meaningfulness of a national assessment in English as a foreign language, applying the fairness framework proposed by Kunnan (2018). We compared students’ performance on two receptive language skills of listening and reading on two subsequent national evaluations in Finland, taken by students at the end of compulsory basic education and at the end of general upper secondary education, respectively.
