Vesivoimistelun vaikutus reumaa sairastavan fyysiseen toimintakykyyn ja kipuun

TIIVISTELMÄ Eri potilasryhmien kuntoutuksessa käytetään laajalti vedessä tapahtuvaa harjoittelua, jolla on tutkimuksien mukaan fyysistä toimintakykyä parantava vaikutus. Reumaa sairastavien ihmisten fyysisen toimintakyvyn tukeminen on tärkeää ja vesivoimistelu on yksi tärkeimmistä hoitokeinoista. Tämän pro gradu -tutkielman tarkoitus oli selvittää kaksi kuukautta kestävän ryhmämuotoisen vesivoimisteluharjoittelun aiheuttamia muutoksia reumaa sairastavien naisten fyysiseen toimintakykyyn ja tuki- ja liikuntaelimistön kipuun. A number of quantitative studies of pair programming (the practice of two programmers working together using just one computer) have partially conflicting results. Qualitative studies are needed to explain what is really going on. We support such studies by taking a grounded theory (GT) approach for deriving a coding scheme for the objective conceptual description of specific pair programming sessions independent of a particular research goal. The wine slopes of Côte d'Or (Burgundy, France) are subject to the combined effects of runoff/erosion processes and intense cultivation practices. The purpose of this study is to characterize the erosion processes, and to quantify the sedimentary dynamics over different time scales and spatial scales. Sedimentary budgets show that the studied slopes, with grounds that are made very sensitive to the runoff phenomena by intensive mechanisation, are subject to erosion rates of several millimetres per year. Biotehnoloģisko metožu izmantošana vietējās selekcijas apšu hibrīdu pavairošanā audu kultūrā

Pavairojot apšu hibrīdus audu kultūrā, nākas saskarties ar tādām problēmām kā kultivēšanas dārdzība, infekcijas un kultūras ilgtermiņa uzturēšanas izmaksas. Darba mērķis bija izstrādāt zinātnisko pamatu vietējās selekcijas apšu hibrīdu pavairošanas un uzglabāšanas efektivitātes paaugstināšanai. Darbā pārbaudīta HgCl2 virsmas sterilizācijas tehnika un tās ietekme uz mikrospraudeņu vitalitāti, kā reprezentatīvo rādītāju izmantojot hlorofila a fluorescences parametru vērtības; ex vitro pavairošanas pieeja; mikrospraudeņu uzglabāšanas iespējas +50C temperatūrā.
