Planteamos hasta qué punto los sistemas de apoyo en estos centros contribuyen a mejorar la organización de un sistema inclusivo que resulte accesible para todos. En el estudio de casos han participado 24 profesionales pertenecientes a cuatro centros que tienen diferentes modalidades de escolarización. Background This article uses the logistic regression model for diagnostic decision making in patients with chronic nasal symptoms. We studied the ability of the logistic regression model, obtained by the evaluation of a database, to detect patients with positive allergy skin-prick test (SPT) and patients with negative SPT. The model developed was validated using the data set obtained from another medical institution. Individuals with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) experience sleep disturbances due to the impact of respiratory symptoms on sleep quality. We explored whether sleep disturbances in COPD are linked to heterogeneity of airway constriction.The impact of breathing problems on sleep quality was measured in consecutive COPD outpatients with the COPD and Asthma Sleep Impact Scale (CASIS) questionnaire. Impulse oscillometry technique (IOS) was employed to assess heterogeneity of airway constriction. Following a study aimed at measuring the limits and challenges of the social mediation system, the authors put forward an examination in this article of the mutual expectations of the social mediator and its employer, the urban community. This sociological study is comprehensive: it uses the method of the individual interview and focus group. The author shows the development of a structure, derived from the processing and integration of Ground Cadastre, where all soil characteristics are described. The soil is considered as divided according to the updated concept of cadastral parcel (soil and topographic uniformity of ownership and municipality).
