The truth-level acceptances for each decay mode of the generated $\tilde\chi^{\pm}_{1}\tilde\chi^{\mp}_{1} + \tilde\chi^{\pm}_{1}\tilde\chi^{0}_{1}$ signals in the SR4$\ell$ region. Results are given as a function of $\tilde\chi^{0}_{1}/\tilde\chi^{0}_{1}$ mass and the final state boson and lepton combination.
A mixed FES/EMG system for real time analysis of muscular fatigue

International audience; In this article, we present a functional electrical stimulator allowing the extraction in real time of M-wave characteristics from resulting EMG recodings in order to quantify muscle fatigue. This system is composed of three parts. A Labview software managing the stimulation output and electromyogram (EMG) input signal, a hardware part amplifying the output and input signal and a link between the two previous parts which is made up from input/output module (NIdaq USB 6251). Application of a fuzzy algorithm for pH control in a struvite crystallisation reactor

A struvite crystallisation process is highly dependent on pH. To achieve a high phosphorus recovery as struvite it is important to have an accurate control of pH in the reactor. The high non-linear response of pH value makes manual pH control difficult. Therefore, a software based on fuzzy logic control (FLC) has been developed to maintain the pH at a set value in a stirred reactor to crystallise struvite. The FLC developed has been based on Larsen's inference. Production of desirable outputs often produces by-products that have harmful effects on the environment. This paper investigates technologies where the biggest good output producer is not the greatest polluter, i.e. technologies located on the downward-sloping segment of the frontier depicted in Fare et al. (1989). Directional distance functions and Data Envelopment Analysis techniques are used to define an algorithm that allows them to be identified empirically. Furthermore, we show that in such situations producers can contribute social goods, i.e. reducing polluting wastes, without limiting their capacity to maximise production of marketable output. Hybrid optimal control problems are, in general, difficult to solve. A current research goal is to isolate those problems that lead to tractable solutions [5]. In this paper, we identify a special class of hybrid optimal control problems which are easy to solve. We do this by using a paradigm borrowed from the Operations Research field. As main result, we present a solution algorithm that converges to the exact solution in polynomial time. In this paper, an approach for designing an adaptive fuzzy model predictive control (AFMPC) based on the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) is studied. On-line adaptive fuzzy identification is used to identify the system parameters. These parameters are used to calculate the objective function based on predictive approach and structure of RST control.
