Jebkura uzņēmējdarbības forma pieprasa pilnvērtīgu grāmatvedības uzskaites veikšanu, kas pēdējo gadu laikā arvien biežāk tiek nodota grāmatvedības ārpakalpojumu sniedzējiem. Pētījuma mērķis ir, veicot grāmatvedības ārpakalpojumu nozares izpēti un analīzi un pamatojoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem, definēt nozarē pastāvošos riskus un šīs jomas attīstības iespējas, kā arī sniegt priekšlikumus un rekomendācijas grāmatvedības ārpakalpojumu nozares darbības uzlabošanai. Pētījuma ietvaros tika konstatēti būtiski nozari ietekmējoši riski, kā arī izvirzīti priekšlikumi to mazināšanai. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trim nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem.
Agency of labour in a flexible pan-European labour market : a qualitative study of migrant practices and trade union strategies in the Netherlands

Regulatory frameworks on intra-EU mobility and flexible cross-border employment relations have stimulated competition on labour costs by recruiting migrants via cheaper labour market regimes. While it allows firms to remunerate migrants under different terms and conditions, blurring regulatory boundaries also generates opportunities for non-compliance, resulting in violations of migrant labour rights across Europe. Against this background, this thesis explores the agency of labour, more specifically of temporary migrant workers and unions, and the ways they cope with and respond to the competitive dynamics of the pan- European labour market. L'articolo ha come obiettivo l'elaborazione di una proposta di trascrizione fonetica delle consonanti semipalatalizzate in ucraino per mezzo dei simboli dell'Alfabeto fonetico internazionale, da usare nei manuali destinati agli studenti stranieri. Vengono prese in considerazione diverse problematiche, tra cui: la limitatezza dei mezzi grafici dell'alfabeto fonetico per esprimere alcune particolarità della correlazione palatale; la resa ortografica delle semi-palatalizzate in ucraino e la sua corrispondenza alla loro pronuncia comune; la tendenza di alcune consonanti palatalizzate all'indurimento e i diversi modi di pronunciare le semi-palatalizzate. Skin exposure to ultraviolet radiation from sunlight causes erythema and edema formation as well as inflammatory responses. As some of these ultraviolet-induced effects are potentially mediated by nitric oxide synthases, we examined the role of cytokines and ultraviolet A 1 radiation (340–400 nm) on the expression of the nitric oxide synthase-2 in endothelia of normal human skin biopsies during short-term organ culture as well as expression and activity of the nitric oxide synthase-2 in in vitro cell cultures of human dermal endothelial cells. Background & aims Obeticholic acid (OCA) is the second-line treatment approved for patients with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and an inadequate response or intolerance to ursodeoxycholic acid. We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of OCA under real-world conditions. 1800-luvun lopussa tilastotiede kehittyi ja itsemurhia ryhdyttiin systemaattisesti kirjaamaan eri instansseihin. Itsemurhia tehtiin ja niistä käytiin julkista keskustelua kiihtyvään tahtiin. Asenteet itsemurhaa kohtaan olivat murrostilassa. Aikalaiset suhtautuivat tekoon ristiriitaisesti. Joissakin tapauksissa teko aiheutti sääliä, pelkoa ja hämmennystä, kun taas joitakin itsemurhia käsiteltiin suopeasti ja niitä jopa ymmärrettiin. Yhteiskunnan maallistuminen ja modernisaatio aiheuttivat katsantokantojen lieventymistä niin itsemurhia kuin niiden tekijöitä kohtaan.
