Representatives of the genus Salamandra occur in Europe, Northern Africa and the Near East. Many local variants are known but species and subspecies status of these is still a matter of dispute. We have analysed samples from locations covering the whole expansion range of Salamandra by sequence analysis of mitochondrial D-loop regions. In addition, we have calibrated the rate of divergence of the D-loop on the basis of geologically dated splits of the closely related genus Euproctus. International audience; A mononuclear iron(III) porphyrin compound exhibiting unexpectedly slow magnetic relaxation, which is a characteristic of single-ion magnet behaviour, is reported. This behaviour originates from the close proximity (approximate to 550 cm(-1)) of the intermediate-spinS=3/2 excited states to the high-spinS=5/2 ground state. More quantitatively, although the ground state is mostlyS=5/2, a spin-admixture model evidences a sizable contribution (approximate to 15 %) ofS=3/2 to the ground state, which as a consequence experiences large and positive axial anisotropy (D=+19.2 cm(-1)). The purpose of this paper is to overview Prokoulu project in Finland that has been introduced to overcome severe school conditions. We scrutinized lecture materials about Prokoulu written by a principal related Iiterature and results of a visit survey. The data revealed that Prokoulu is a three-tier support system that enhances children's behavior by "positive feedback". New high-pressure phase and equation of state of Ce2Zr2O8

In this paper we report a new high-pressure rhombohedral phase of Ce2Zr2O8 observed from high-pressure angle-dispersive x-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy studies up to nearly 12 GPa. The ambient-pressure cubic phase of Ce2Zr2O8 transforms to a rhombohedral structure beyond 5 GPa with a feeble distortion in the lattice. Pressure evolution of unit-cell volume showed a change in compressibility above 5 GPa. The unit-cell parameters of the high-pressure rhombohedral phase at 12.1 GPa are ah = 14.6791(3) {\AA}, ch = 17.9421(5) {\AA}, V = 3348.1(1) {\AA}3. Līdz šim tiesību zinātnē nav veikta padziļināta ģenerālklauzulas „nevainojama reputācija” izpēte, arī tiesu praksē tās piemērošana ir tikusi vērtēta salīdzinoši maz, tāpēc šī darba mērķis ir noskaidrot ģenerālklauzulas „nevainojama reputācija” saturu un piemērošanas specifiku. Darba ietvaros autore apkopoja tiesību zinātnes atziņas par ģenerālklauzulas būtību, analizēja, kā būtu veicama nevainojamas reputācijas piemērošana, apkopoja un salīdzināja nevainojamas reputācijas lietojumu dažādos normatīvajos aktos un prakses materiālos un visbeidzot definēja ģenerālklauzulu „nevainojama reputācija”.
