The main purpose of this study was to compare efficacy, tolerability and influence on quality of life (QOL) of nifedipine gastrointestinal therapeutic system (NI) 30-60 mg once a day vs amlodipine (AM) 5-10 mg once a day in elderly patients with mild-moderate hypertension.This was a randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, multicenter study. After a 2-week single-blind placebo run-in, patients were randomized to either NI 30 mg or AM 5 mg. Background Recurrent aphthous stomatitis (RAS) is a common condition that affects approximately 20% of the general population. The ulcers can interfere with speech and eating and cause significant pain and discomfort. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Amlexanox and Adcortyl in the treatment of aphthous ulcers. Material and Methods In this randomized double blind clinical trial with sequential patient entry, a total of 40 patients who presented with aphthous ulcers were included. Kartoitan tutkielmassani kirjallisuudentutkimuksen parissa esitettyjä käsityksiä siitä, mikä tekee runoudesta runoutta ja mistä kertomus muodostuu. Keskiöön nousee varsinkin käsitys lyyrisyydestä tekstin ominaisuutena pikemminkin kuin lajia määrittävänä piirteenä. Painoarvoa saa erityisesti lyyrisen vertailu kerronnalliseen: mitkä ovat lyyrisen ja kerronnallisen erottavia ominaisuuksia ja miten ne toimivat tekstissä suhteessa toisiinsa. Przykazania w biblijnym Izraelu stanowiły trwały fundament relacji z Bogiem i z drugim człowiekiem, będąc tym samym podstawowym elementem formowania się społeczności ludzkiej. W tym względzie przykazanie „Nie mów fałszywego świadectwa przeciw bliźniemu swemu”, nabierało szczególnej wartości. Wielość i różnorodność sytuacji skłaniała do prawnych uściśleń, czego potwierdzeniem jest kodeks praw w Księdze Wyjścia i w Księdze Powtórzonego Prawa. Tämän tutkielman tavoitteena on kartoittaa opettajien kokemuksia syksyllä 2013 yhteenmuuttaneiden suomen- ja ruotsinkielisten lukioiden yhteiselosta. Tarkoituksena on selvittää miten opettajat suhtautuvat koulujen yhteenmuuttoon sekä mitä mahdollisuuksia ja haasteita he näkevät siinä, että lukiot toimivat samoissa tiloissa. Lisäksi selvitetään ilmeneekö koulujen välillä jonkinasteista yhteistyötä, ja miltä oppilaskieliryhmien välinen kanssakäyminen vaikuttaa opettajien näkökulmasta.
