El objetivo de esta tesis es proponer un sistema de detección temprana de TEA (12 a 48 meses) dirigido a población guayaquileña de escasos recursos. Se seleccionaron dos instrumentos (M- CHAT R/F y ADEC), considerando su costo y carga administrativa y propiedades psicométricas. Luego de su adaptación se aplicaron a una muestra de 613 niños (305 F, 308 M/ 12 a 48 m), usando Escala de Bayley III y M-CHAT-R en el nivel 1, el M-CHAT-R/F y ADEC en el nivel 2. Se administró como Gold Standard el ADOS-2, confirmándose el diagnóstico de 23 niños (3.75%). Well-being research and its measurement have grown in the last two decades. The objective of this study was to adapt and validate the Flourishing Scale in a sample of Spanish adults. This was a cross-sectional study using a non-probabilistic sample of 999 Spanish general adult population participants. The psychometric properties of the scale were analysed from an exploratory and confirmatory perspective. To date, the score has not been adapted into Finnish language. The aim of this study was to perform a cross-cultural adaptation of the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic Shoulder and Elbow score (KJOC) into Finnish language and evaluate its validity, reliability, and responsiveness in overhead athletes. Adjustment Disorders (AjD) are one of the most prevalent psychological problems in primary and hospital care. It is necessary to have evidence-based instruments to help professionals diagnose and better understand this problem, which has been little studied.
