Pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidine Derivatives as COX‐2 Selective Inhibitors: Synthesis and Molecular Modelling Studies

The pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine system shows a multitude of interesting pharmacological properties. Owing to the potential anti-inflammatory activity of 5-benzamido-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-one derivatives and considering the easy synthesis of this class of compounds, a set of new 5-benzamido-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-ones has been prepared in 42-80% yields by reacting 5-aminopyrazole-4(N-benzoyl)carbohydrazide derivatives and the opportune triethylorthoesters. Compounds 8a, b, 10a-d, and 11a, b revealed a superior inhibitory profile against COX-2, when compared to that of reference standards NS398 and indomethacin. Molecular modelling studies confirmed the obtained biological results.

Cet article presente les resultats d’une enquete exploratoire dont l’objet est l’etude des rapports entre l’automatisation des tableaux de bord et la coherence du controle de gestion. A partir de deux cas juges exemplaires, celui d’une entreprise industrielle et celui d’une banque, nous etudions cette relation sous l’angle du partage des representations et de la coherence des comportements. Il en ressort que l’augmentation de la formalisation ne cree pas davantage de rigidite mais produit au contraire plus de dynamique ou de continuite et de permanence. The exhibition in Gela of the finds seized by the law enforcement between 1970 and 2000 in the surrounding area of the ancient colony is an opportunity for the analysis of the 200 coins, part of the finds. Probably found in the area of Gela, they integrate our knowledge of numismatic discoveries from the area of the ancient city and from the chora. Of particular interest are two homogeneous groups that seem likely to belong to two hoards, datable, respectively, to the 4th century AD and in the 9th century AD

The study of the coins found in the indigenous settlements of Caltanissetta province and the analysis of the related contexts of provenance, have highlighted that in these centers, still in the 4th century BC, the coin was considered a worthless piece of metal and that other bronze objects were used as medium of exchange. The metropolis is a mother of gardens (Migge, 1919): in the beginning of the twenty 113 century, Leberecht Migge understood that the housing reform of the Modern Movement was also the reform of the urban orchards that could expand in wide common spaces between the buildings. Background and aim: In June 2017, University and Health Ministries jointly enacted a decree imple-menting a new accreditation system for the Italian post-graduate medical schools (residency programs). We report the innovations introduced through the reform. Methods: Universities were called to submit post-gradu-ate medical school projects to the National Observatory on medical residency programs, the inter-institutional committee responsible for the entire accreditation process, through an interactive web platform. Environmental Stewardship, Moral Psychology and Gardens

Vast and pervasive environmental problems such as climate change and biodiversity loss call every individual to active stewardship. Their magnitude and causal and strategic structures, however, pose powerful challenges to our moral psychology. Stewardship may feel overburdening, and appear hopeless. This may lead to widespread moral and political disengagement. This article proposes a resolve to garden practices as a way out of that danger, and describes the ways in which it will motivate individuals to so act as to coordinate on behavioural patterns that will significantly alleviate grave, but seemingly distant and intractable environmental quandaries.

The audit process is dependant on facts and concepts but it is also contingent on specific situations. Contingency is not only material, it is also ontological. We suggest that audit process is questionable only since its process is neither perfectly knowledgeable nor deterministic.
