A fully automated chromatographic method including on-line blood serum or plasma clean-up, isocratic high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and spectrophotometric detection was developed for quantitative analysis of the new antipsychotic drug amisulpride. Detection of cyclical R/D to titrate the optimal respiratory settings is of high clinical importance. The study of digital competence remains an issue of interest for both the scientific community and the supranational political agenda. This study uses the Delphi method to validate the design of a questionnaire to determine the perceived importance of digital competence in higher education. The questionnaire was constructed from different framework documents in digital competence standards (NETS, ACLR, UNESCO). The triangulation of non-parametric techniques made it possible to consolidate the results obtained through the Delphi panel, the suitability of which was highlighted through the expert competence index (K). Abstract The analysis deals with the scaling properties of infinite topologically random channel networks (ITRNs) fast introduced by Shreve (1967, J. Geol. , 75: 179–186) to model the branching structure of rivers as a random process. The expected configuration of ITRNs displays scaling behaviour only asymptotically, when the ruler (or ‘yardstick’) length is reduced to a very small extent. The random model can also reproduce scaling behaviour at larger ruler lengths if network magnitude and diameter are functionally related according to a reported deterministic rule. Abstract The field of taxation is often a subject of analysis, due to its importance for the formation and administration of public financial resources. By taking into account the local, national and international size of taxation, may be thus identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Although the taxation in Romania is often criticized both by taxpayers and by specialists, there is a progress in taxation field as a result of actions taken in forming and managing fiscal revenues. Without claiming an exhaustive approach, through this article we mention some positive aspects of Romanian taxation. We believe that these should be consolidated and continued.
