The aim of the article is to identify the degree of cohesion of goals and needs of functional areas development with targets defined in the development of communes and a region. The functional areas: urban and sub-regional of Opole Province make the case study here. Currently the Sicilian system of protected areas appears to be extremely advanced with its 12% of territory protected by regional regulations versus the nationwide average of 11%, but it is also the most contradictory one. Even today a large number of protected areas- also small ones - are subject to strong anthropogenic pressure, which favor fragmentation. International audience; Public transportation in the Philippines' capital Manila takes different forms : elevated subway (LRT and MRT systems) and ground transportation (provincial and local buses, jeepneys, trisikel and pedicabs, taxis).
